My husband ordered a clutch bag & card holder as a surprise for me, I couldn't believe it arrived the following day. The boxes they came in are beautiful themselves and when you open them you will not be disappointed. The quality is spot on for a prestige company, you couldn't see any flaws in either in the product. I treated myself a few weeks ago and bought a purse which again is beautiful, you could tell it was genuine and flawless. I'm saving up now to purchase a handbag. Highly recommend Lulu Guinness products.

Bag was bought as a present by an ex partner less than a year ago, in that time my black camera bag strap has frayed so badly it’s almost severed. Bag is still on website for £150. When contacting their customer services and enquiring about return or repair they just keep repeating the same line asking for proof of purchase despite me saying several times I don’t have it. Didn’t even bother to respond to my last email. Unbelievably poor customer service and shoddy product. Would never buy from them again.
My first purchase from this brand a costly one of a few hundred pounds. Love my bag and wallet the colour Seal is absolutely lived right up to my expectations. Delivery and communication v.good Quality of construction seems good.

Very speedy delivery as usual, and although on this occasion I decided to return my purchase, the process was very simple. It was easy to track my return. I had a query on my credit and LG customer service team responded immediately and the credit was issued the same day.
I had a slight issue with my purchase and when I contacted the company they dealt with it super fast with absolutely no quibbles. Excellent customer service enabling the ability to purchase with confidence and enjoy their great products. Cannot recommend enough or their agent Danielle who was super efficient.
I find it shocking that we have to pay £7 postage to Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales - Standard Delivery £7.00 and only £5 in England If I send something with DPD from Wales the price is the same for England Wales and Scotland

As a loyal customer of Lulu Guinness i feel really let down by their customer service team and all round ability to acknowledge a clear manufacturing fault with my clutch bag. They even admitted it wouldn't have happened if i'd picked a different style, so clearly the issue is with that line of clutch and they've taken no interest or responsibility to repair, replace or refund the bag. They design their bags to break after 1 year and then claim they are out of warranty. There are some much better British designer brand who look after their customers and who's bag don't fault after 1 year. Note their reply... they've had plenty of opportunity via customer services to offer a 'gesture of goodwill' why wait till now?
I have been buying Lulu Guinness for years I have shoes , bags and purses to name a few . So as a big treat I purchased the full luggage range in February 2020 to travel in late March then the Pandemic hit and all travel was stopped as everyone is aware . I went on a short European trip last month and upon using one of the larger pieces of luggage the handle stopped working so i contacted the customer service department to be told that the 12 month guarantee had expired, so i explained and produced my receipt to explain that they had not been used i was given the name of another company to use who might be able to help me . I emailed back as i was shocked that this is how they would treat their customers. I then got a response to say try WD40 as they haven’t been used they might be stiff !!!!!!! Like i can’t tell the difference between unusable and stiff . So i am now left very disappointed with a brand i had been loyal to for years and a very expensive unusable suitcase .
Excellent customer service. Ordered my lovely bag June last year and the handle snapped. I contacted Customer Service, within 24 hours received response requesting photo's & order #. I provided this information and within 2 hours received a returns label and confirmation that a replacement bag is heading is on way to me. Could not fault their customer service at all, first class - thank you Danielle.
I have shopped online with Lulu Guinness for many years and have always received excellent customer service . If I have had any enquiries they have been dealt with efficiently and with good grace.
I placed an order but unfortunately I made a mistake with my email address. Having not heard anything I contacted customer service who were very friendly and extremely helpful. The team managed to identify my mistake and contact me with the tracking details for my order. Throughout Customer Services have been outstanding and are a credit to Lulu Guinness. Thank you so much for all of your help in sorting out my mistake.
i have sent back orders twice and reordered slightly different items, all communications with the customer service department have been friendly helpful and personal, genuinely one of the best i’ve dealt with.
I inquired about having the straps on a handbag repaired and found that Lulu does not do repairs on poorly made products.

I've made good use of the sale I must say, All for my daughter though (xmas isn't that far away) All items come well packaged and delivered on time. Guess it's about time I treated myself to a little something!
