Lulu Guinness was founded in 1989 by its then 29-year-old eponymous designer. Since its conception, the brand’s intention has always been to create playful and striking designs that empower the women who wear them.
Lulu Guinness designs are regularly seen on the arms of trailblazing women, such as Kate Moss, Adwoa Aboah, Emma Watson, Poppy Delevingne, Paloma Faith, Helena Bonham Carter and Dita Von Teese. Influenced by one-of-a-kind creatives, such as the Surrealist fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli, the brand is known for its light-hearted, playful and timelessness spirit – which the Lulu Guinness women have.

Aug 19,2021I recently had to contact customer services regarding returning a faulty pair of shoes. Trisha was extremely helpful and very efficient. My only concern was the amount of time spent on hold trying to speak to an advisor in the first instance.

Aug 07,2021Very poor customer service and I'm very glad I wasn't on holiday when it happened ..... Bought a suitcase, now it has an integrated lock ... I set combination locked it and it wouldn't open ... so I contacted Lulu Guinness and there was 1 person trying to be helpful ut then said he wld call me back WHICH HE DIDNT ... so next day I contacted them again.... 5 DAYS later I got a reply in the meantime I went onto EBAY and ordered a TSA key to see if that wld unlock my case ... 2 days before key arrived LULU GUINNESS replied with a shoddy response but said (I have screenshots) if the key opens case take your belongings out (I had popped some of my holiday clothes in it before locking ) phone us we will collect take back and send a replacement FREE OF CHARGE and nothing else was said Called them NO ANSWER, emailed them to say I got case opened but was told to contact for a replacement .....and you guessed it 5 days before a reply .... email came with the most stupidest response ..... Copied from the email ⬇️ One option is that you will have to work methodically through every combination, starting at 0-0-0 and ending at 9-9-9. If working through this methodically, increasing the code by one every time, it should only take about half an hour. If you can remember the first number, this will take even less time. If you cannot do that, we do have a key that will unlock the case at our warehouse. We could arrange a collection of the case from you and another to return to you. This will be at your own expense. Whenever moving spinner cases, there is a risk of damage and we cannot take any responsibility for damage caused to the case in transit. If you have removed the protective film from the case, you will need to ensure it is protected well from scratches and bumps. Furthermore, the key will only unlock the case and not reset the code, so we will need to send the case back to you with your possessions unlocked, which makes it less secure. Therefore I would definitely recommend trying to work through the combinations, as this will be the most cost-effective and risk-free method for getting back into your suitcase. REALLY LULU GUINNESS !!! Safe to say I WILL NEVER buy from you again !!!!

All information to send back is enclosed in the parcel and prepaid label enclosed which is an added bonus. The quality of the products is exceptional. Beautiful.
