Lulu Guinness was founded in 1989 by its then 29-year-old eponymous designer. Since its conception, the brand’s intention has always been to create playful and striking designs that empower the women who wear them.

Lulu Guinness designs are regularly seen on the arms of trailblazing women, such as Kate Moss, Adwoa Aboah, Emma Watson, Poppy Delevingne, Paloma Faith, Helena Bonham Carter and Dita Von Teese. These are women who embrace their own strength and femininity, and are never afraid to push boundaries with their sense of style.

Influenced by one-of-a-kind creatives, such as the Surrealist fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli, the brand is known for its light-hearted, playful and timelessness spirit – which the Lulu Guinness women have.

Bought the cabin case and received an email confirming that but didn't receive any further info about delivery, I contacted them and they replied straight away, will shop again and it's good to know their there to help

I am a big fan of lulu Guinness bags. For Christmas I did receive an umbrella which has the floaty lips in the handle but I am a little disappointed as it looks like the handle has got too much air in it so the lips do not float around correctly in it. I haven't even used it yet ! .

Natalie was very efficient in her response to my contact. One thing I would say would help customers returning an item if the order number was printed on the invoice you receive inside the parcel.

The customer service representative was excellent! She answer all my questions in a reasonable time. The issue ( which is not an issue but would make customers happy) would be that the company have an extra percentage off to shop for other items on the website, since it was a system mistake. Other than that, EXCELLENT work!!!

I used the live chat to query a refund a week after returning an item. Although I wish I had received a notification that the item was successfully returned (beyond the Royal Mail tracking code), I was very pleased with the support I received from Sophie who was able to process the refund promptly. Great customer service!

I had an issue logging into the new website. Contacted Customer Care, it was sorted in minutes. Delivery of good ordered also very good, cannot complain and have recommended site to friends.

I called customer care to query a delivery that I was awaiting. Daniella mailed the warehouse straight away and said the delivery would arrive today which it did and I’m very happy with purchase. I have spoken to Daniella before and she was friendly and efficient. Great customer service.

I bought a wonderful handbag in the sale. Really pleased with it. My bag arrived well packed within a couple of days. During those 2 days I sent a query to customer service which was answered almost straight away. All round good experience.

called for a question about the price of a case which they had stopped making 2 o 3 years ago (to claim the reimbursement from the airline which badly damaged - but no broke it!!) and Lucy was very prompt and kind to give an answer, although i had not bought the case there but received it as a present. thank you!!

Lovely handbag at a very reduced price which is great! I already own this item and wanted a spare just in case. Unfortunately I ordered another item which turned out to be out of stock sadly. A full refund has been promised and I am waiting for that to happen. The company emailed me straightaway to explain their error.

My experience has been awful. I purchased the Bag in Covent Garden London. The bag needed retuned as it was the wrong colour. Sent it back following the instructions from Head Office. To then receive an email once I sent a query asking where was the refund to be told not to send it to the head office. Too late i sent it in the pre paid label they sent. Still no refund and it arrived at the warehouse 18 days ago. then I have been asked to call Covent Garden shop. I said absolutely not. I have left it with the customer service team. lets see if I get the £400 back. Awful and antiquated service. Loved the bag but after this i will buy another bag from a retailer with better customer service.
