Lulu Guinness was founded in 1989 by its then 29-year-old eponymous designer. Since its conception, the brand’s intention has always been to create playful and striking designs that empower the women who wear them.
Lulu Guinness designs are regularly seen on the arms of trailblazing women, such as Kate Moss, Adwoa Aboah, Emma Watson, Poppy Delevingne, Paloma Faith, Helena Bonham Carter and Dita Von Teese. These are women who embrace their own strength and femininity, and are never afraid to push boundaries with their sense of style.
Influenced by one-of-a-kind creatives, such as the Surrealist fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli, the brand is known for its light-hearted, playful and timelessness spirit – which the Lulu Guinness women have.

Oct 19,2020I recently purchased a stunning Lulu Guinness purse for my sister as a Christmas gift. As I was preparing for Christmas this year, I placed a box in my spare bedroom where I was placing my gifts. Imagine my horror, when I found my dog chewing the fabulous Lulu Guinness gift packaging off the purse. I called the London Store to be told that they would not be able to help me, as they only have enough packaging for current stock and advised that I call the customer service number. I did this and managed to speak with a lovely lady called Sinead, who I can honestly say, could not have been more understanding and helpful. Sinead was working from home (corvid... blarr blarr) however she advised me that it was her day off from the phones on Saturday and thus Sinead, (on her day off work) went to her local store on my behalf to search for some spare packaging that she could send me. (The same store that told me they had none). Three days later, she telephoned me to say she had been successful in acquiring some spare gift packaging and was going to send it to me. Sinead is an absolute delight and without a doubt 'went the extra mile' (or however many miles it was from her home to the shop) in order to help me make my sisters Christmas gift, one worth receiving. Thank you Sinead, it it was up to me, you would run the company x x x

As disappointed as I was when my beautiful trainers burst after only 4 or 5 wears, once the ladies on Customer service were back up & running they couldn't have done enough for me. New trainers are FABULOUS, and were sent at no extra charge, with minimal fuss. Thank you!

Oct 08,2020Best customer service ever! Having had my Lulu purse stolen I contacted Customer Care to see if they had any left in stock. Sinead couldn't have been more helpful, personally checking to see if there were any left and adding it to the website at a moment when I could purchase it. Personal service at its best and I couldn't be happier. A loyal Lulu customer for life! Thank you Sinead.

I received a super fast response regarding a dust bag issue that wasn't even purchased through 'official' store. Clover went out of her way to help me and she's a credit to the company. Sep 11,2020Unfortunately I had a faulty pair of suede navy Natasha Trainers .The suede dye had run . I contacted Customer services and Sinead , Customer Service Manager could not have been more helpful . Sadly the Trainers were no longer available but the merchandise team located a navy Leather Natasha ( not easy as I am a size 8 ) and they are to replace my faulty ones . I have been a customer of Lulu Guinness for many years and have never had to complain about an order . I am very impressed with the swift , helpful and excellent service to replace my faulty trainers . Thank you Sinead .

Sep 09,2020Okay, I'm not usually one to write reviews, however exceptional service requires a special mention. Basically, I've been wowed not once, but twice within the last week. The service I have received from Sinead at Lulu Guinness has been exceptional. To explain, my daughter had a key-ring purchased from the Cheshire Oaks outlet store. Unfortunately prior to lockdown part of the keyring become detached. I mentioned this to Sinead, who instantly sorted the problem. No stress, no drama, it was just simple! The replacement arrived today, as promised. Sinead even suggested sending the replacement directly to my daughter's address so it was a surprise - she thought of everything! Sinead is an amazing customer service advocate for Lulu Guinness. My advice, enter some CS awards because seriously you are bound to win! Sinead, thank you again, it's been a pleasure.

Sep 06,2020I had an issue with a bag I purchased 18 months ago from Lulu Guinness. I have a few of their purses and handbags, and never had an issues before. I contacted customer services and spoke to Sinead. My bag was outwith the 12 month warranty provided by Lulu, but as this was a global pandemic, Sinead went out of her way to help me. I expressed my sadness that my bag was outwith the warranty provided by Lulu. Sinead asked me to give her 24 hours to come up with a response, which I did. The next day Sinead told me that they had tracked down a brand new handbag for me and it would be despatched that day. To my genuine surprise my replacement bag arrived the very next day. I cannot express just how amazing Sinead is. Every Customer Service Department needs a Sinead. Thank you again.

Sep 02,2020i wanted the email the ceo, i tired to locate the email address on a app i google sadly there wasn't one. Sinead is a true credit to your company outstanding service, i would email Sinead so much and she always came back with a outstanding 1st class response i never once felt i was a pain, she clearly prides herself on delivering an excellent service, i really hope the highest management get ti see this as i would have emailed the ceo, she is credit to your company and if every experience was like the one i had with Sinead, life would be so perfect, please ensure Sinead receives the praise she deserves as am so meticulous on service and credit when credit is due an inspiration to your company

Sep 02,2020I have always been a fan of Lulu Guinness products but unfortunately a keyring coin purse I purchased in the recent sale had broken and was no longer attached to the key ring. It is still usable but I was a bit disappointed as traditionally LG is fantastic quality so I contacted customer services and had an amazing response. As the purse was no longer stocked, Sinead offered me the chance to replace it with a keyring or small wallet worth the original price of the sale item which I was really impressed by! The replacement is expected to arrive in 2 days which again is a great service. I can't praise Sinead enough and she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with- thank you again!

Aug 13,2020I am an avid LG fan. Own *ahem* a few pieces 🙄 and often purchase for gifts for others. Having purchased a vanity case for a gift early this year, lockdown happened and the world went mad. Hence it was only recently gifted and on its first outing proved faulty (rare for LG products!) I contacted customer services and was offered a replacement, no quibbles. I’m big on good customer service & when I get it I will tell the world. Sinéad goes above and beyond with her service. She personally rang me and even went out of her way to try track down a replacement of the same colour. The new item was shipped very quickly and tracking was provided. It’s here now and will be delivered to the recipient ... if I can part with it 😂 ^^ THIS is why I continue to support the Lulu Guinness brand (that and the fact that I love the products!)

Jun 01,2020I recently bought some sunglasses and unfortunately one of the lenses fell out. Having contacted Customer Services, I received an very prompt and helpful response from Sinead including an apology. I returned the glasses as requested and Sinead acknowledged receipt of these confirmed a new pair had been dispatched, which I received the next day. Again I received an apology and kind and personal response. I'm very impressed by the Customer Services and cannot praise them highly enough.

Oct 24,2020Having made a decision several years ago to support UK based design and brands I have purchased many items from Lulu Guinness, including luggage, handbags, purses, key rings, clothes and stationary. All are both beautifully designed and made, but also have an element of fun! It’s lovely to go to a shop, but the website is also a pleasure to buy from. I get many compliments and enquiries about where I get my handbags from. Another plus is that on any occasion I’ve had to contact customer services they have responded quickly and courteously.
