Lulu Guinness was founded in 1989 by its then 29-year-old eponymous designer. Since its conception, the brand’s intention has always been to create playful and striking designs that empower the women who wear them.
Lulu Guinness designs are regularly seen on the arms of trailblazing women, such as Kate Moss, Adwoa Aboah, Emma Watson, Poppy Delevingne, Paloma Faith, Helena Bonham Carter and Dita Von Teese. These are women who embrace their own strength and femininity, and are never afraid to push boundaries with their sense of style.
Influenced by one-of-a-kind creatives, such as the Surrealist fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli, the brand is known for its light-hearted, playful and timelessness spirit – which the Lulu Guinness women have.

Nov 21,2021Recently ordered and took delivery of the lovely red lips travel crossbody bag. I forgot to enter the code for the 20% reduction offer. When I realised, I emailed Lulu Guinness to see if I was too late. I had an almost instant response and a very fast refund! The bag arrived incredibly quickly and I absolutely love it. Without the strap it can also become a quirky clutch bag. This is lovely addition to my collection of Lulu Guinness bags, shoes and clothes! Thank you Lulu for your super designs, and thank you to the team for being unfailingly helpful and friendly.

Sep 30,2021Second attempt worked! September ‘21. I recently ordered a suitcase and mask from the summer sale. My original suitcase did not get delivered. The issue was with the firm delivering the package. Initially it was difficult to contact anyone at Lulu via telephone. However prompt professional email responses and communications helped to resolve my problem and another suitcase was delivered. I love it. Thank you.

Sep 11,2021I contacted Customer services as the trainers I had bought eight weeks before had started to come apart at seams. This was not bad workmanship but the fact that small leather circles were sewn into the main body of the shoe and once worn a few times they eased and stretched across the broadest part of my foot and the stitching gave way (so sad a they were so pretty).I sent photos and they immediately agreed to either, exchange, refund or replace the shoes. I opted to replace the shoes with a more expensive model, with me paying the difference, however there is no mechanism to do this. I had to return my shoes for a refund and then go onto the website and order new trainers as two separate transactions. It would have been so much easier if this could have been dealt with in one go. The email exchange was very polite but I did note that there was a change of person dealing with my issue but no explanation why - I feel when you’ve emailed back and forth with one person a few times and you suddenly get an email from a different person, albeit from CS, the change should be acknowledged, otherwise it appears, to me at least, that I’ve been ‘handed off’.
