Dec 07,2024Our biggest regret was using Luxury Escapes for our Honeymoon, the first hotel we checked into was listed as a 5 star hotel but was barely a 3 star hotel with the hotel being run down and the main lobby being used as a bus depot, this was the Pullman hotel G Bangkok. Our second resort was absolutely beautiful but all the perks we had included from Luxury Escapes were average, the daily massage vouchers could only be used towards a thai massage and nothing else like a facial or aroma therapy, the daily set menu was very basic and the options weren't great but luckily the staff were flexible and allowed us to alter the menu somewhat which made it alot better. The Resort itself was amazing and staff were lovely, we cant wait to come and stay again but next time we think we will cut out the middle man and just book with the resort itself.

Thank you so much for having the patience and expertise to find great flights for our family of eleven's trip to Bali and for changing up the accommodation. We can highly recommend Josh, especially for his friendly, can do attitude and Luxury Escapes is so lucky to have him and I would not hesitate to contact him again next time we travel.

Both were very helpful in terms of responding to my request to extend a stay, promptly confirming with the hotel, and then finalising payment and confirming the package. I would recommend Luxury Escapes with Lux Plus membership to any regular travelers.
