Her response was quick and efficient, we have now arrived in Hawaii , and share a delightful room with views of, and have enjoyed an evening of drinks and food in the Longboard room . Dec 09,2024We were informed that our booking with Luxury Escapes was cancelled due to multiple failed attempts to withdraw funds from our accounts. Regrettably, the follow-up emails were missed as they went to our Junk folder. Upon contacting customer service, Criona O quickly reviewed the booking, liaised with the resort, and reinstated our original reservation. We are deeply grateful for the prompt resolution, which ensured we could still enjoy our eagerly anticipated honeymoon. Our sincere thanks to Criona for her exceptional assistance!

Recently when booking, we had a technical error in our booking and phoned to try and rectify it. Many thanks to Irish Joel. S in Barcelona for his quick response and warm, friendly phone manner. He was wonderful and easy to talk to and resolved our problem quickly and efficiently. Thanks mate!

Dec 11,2024I changed my payment card. I canceled the card I used to pay with. I paid with a different card. It was necessary to check whether the reservation was successful. Luxury Escape support team's Mintra confirmed my email. Mintra responded right away so I wouldn't have to worry. Through the quick response to Luxury Escape, I thought I would use this site often in the future. I will also recommend it to my friends.
