Our second visit to Seaside Finolhu Baa Atoll was absolutely magical and even better than our first! The resort’s stunning beauty, impeccable service, and attention to detail made it the perfect destination to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. A heartfelt thanks to our Roohu (Butler) Saju, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From thoughtful surprises to her genuine care, Saju ensured every moment was special and tailored just for us. Her warmth and dedication made us feel so valued, and we cannot thank her enough for creating such cherished memories. Finolhu remains a slice of paradise with its pristine beaches, vibrant marine life, and luxurious amenities. Each day felt like a dream, whether we were relaxing by the crystal-clear waters or indulging in the incredible dining options. Thank you to Saju and the entire Finolhu team for making this celebration so extraordinary. We can’t wait to return to our favourite Maldivian haven/home.

On the 29th October 2024 I was lucky to obtain the services of Josh Zuker to book my Fiji escape for next June. Josh was amazing and had all the time in the world to advise me on my options. Today 16 December 2024 I was lucky enough to speak to him about a potential holiday in Singapore. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use Josh when booking another luxury escape.

Since more than 1 year I have a giftcard from luxuryescapes worth 1000 $ but they dont let me redeem it. It is impossible to redeem it on their website and after my first e-mail hast been ignored for 3 weeks I wrote them again just to be asked for a picture of my passport (...!) by someone who wouldnt even write his last name. Since then it is an delay game and now they want to switch to a phonecall instead of simply redeeming it manually. I am abroad and do Not want to spend 60 $ Just to wait on the phone. After I read some concerning reviews I prefer to stick to written communication so I have a proof in case this gets even more unprofessionell. I understand it is a lucrative situation for LE to receive the payment for the Giftcard and to refuse or delay the redemption of it. I even wrote to the Manager WHO is also ignoring my E-Mails. What a scam. To the customer"service" of LE : you don't meet to block my account. You can simply answer my E-Mail and solve everything within 5 minutes. ; ) That would be the professionell way. Careful, I really cant recommend them at all

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Waterfront Village, from check in to departure the staff were very accommodating. Our apartment located in LawHill was extremely comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated with lovely water views. The separate bedroom consisted of a very comfortable king size bed with plenty of drawers/hanging space and looked out to a greenery backdrop in a private courtyard style area. The location was perfect, a short walk to various malls filled with local entertainment, specialty shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We would not hesitate to recommend these beautiful fully serviced apartments and we will definitely be enjoying another stay with them in the future. Thank you for a wonderful holiday ❤️ Kerry & Wayne

I preface this review with that I've done 2 LE tours already and will continue to use them as I believe they give good value, but there is need for improvement. Firstly someone needs to seriously proof read your website tours on offer and make sure its all up to date. Don't just think because we have bought the tour ah you don't need to worry about the finer details. Eg at the time of booking (Nepal 2024 Discovery Tour with Himalayas Trek, White-Water Rafting, Chitwan National Park & Handpicked Accommodation tour), Everest scenic flights were listed as in the afternoon then as it got close to departure this changed to very early in the mornings. This was a late change on your website, really you should have email all travelers, what happened to good customer service. Also since Nepal had major flooding just before my departure, LE should have had the foresight to contact all travelers booked and let them know if there are any changes and that the tour will be going ahead, not have stressed out travelers wondering if we are going into a disaster zone and having to do our own research to see and hear what is happening on the ground in Nepal. As there was a major change eg the first day of the trek instead of starting at Ulleri and the trek being only 4hrs this timeframe was doubled because of the landslides from the flooding, so the group had to start lower down the mountain, THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN conveyed to the travelers. The farewell dinner and cultural performance was awful, very loud you couldn't speak with the person next to you, the drinks selection of which they didn't have more than half was poor, some of our group left after ordering their first drink, others were polite but wished they had also left, it was just awful and should be removed from the tour, no one from our tour enjoyed any of it and couldn't wait to leave. Most of the hotels were good except for Pokhara which looks great in the photos but our rooms had no fridge, some of the power points didn't work and the bathroom doors we had to close with the blots positioned top and bottom because they wouldn't close otherwise and Siddhartha Riverside Resort which had a building addition happening, looked very unsightly but at least there wasnt any noise coming from it. I don't call these hotels 4*. Food in general was good, our driver +van, guides and fellow travelers were great. The white water rafting is mainly grade 2 rapids at best but it was nice to get away from the city traffic noise, to somewhere peaceful and quiet. The road out to Pokhara is an experience and one that I only want to do once in my life, its awful and you're playing chicken lol. I cant review the 3 day trek as I was injured so just met up with my group at Ghandruk at a lodge called Hotel Rock and Mud with wonderful Annapurna Mountain views waking me up every morning, of which I found myself and stayed there at my own cost. I waited there to re-connect with my group for the ride back to Pokhara another horrific drive experience lol. Once again I'll always check to see what LE has to offer as far as tours go because I did enjoy myself overall. That why I've given the review rating a 4*.

We booked a holiday with Luxury escapes six months ago, we are about to fly to Bali on Monday. This was a straight forward easy process, which we were glad to experience. However, about two months ago we checked documentation and wondered about the transfers which we paid as added extra an email stated after booking we would receive an online form. Since our booking we've been hit with daily LX EX advertising but never did we get this form. I called two months to their customer services and was told that they would follow up with ICS travel in Bali who would contact us and three days of our travel with confirmation. We have heard nothing. I decided to follow up on email and also by phone to Customer services today again I spoke with someone who was polite but sounded muffled it was difficult to hear what they were saying. He made a point that there was no dishonesty around their booking process. Which felt like a polite defensive response. Nowhere was there an inference of such a thing, when all we really were sharing was a previous conversation and concern around the transfer as to make sure that when we arrive late at night we can be transported to our accommodation. On the back of this response, I suggested it could possibly be a system failure somewhere that is being presented aware that we are not receiving any communication from ICS (transfers) as is being stated. That leaves us with little reassurance. We will take the risk and follow up with Luxury Escapes thereafter.

Fantastic service and experience with my first engagement with Brooke J in Luxury Escapes. Very prompt and professional in her approach. Her suggestions were very helpful in finding and finalising our holiday. Have also been helped by Danielle who was also great to deal with.

The Langham is a beautiful hotel and we were looked after beautifully, we had club access which was wonderful with terrific service. We had a very lovely suite to indulge in, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, all in all it was a lovely experience for our wedding anniversary. Would thoroughly recommend it.

We recently were unable to travel to Vietnam in November as we had trouble obtaining our visas to enter the country. Luxury Escapes agent Aziz was able to get vendor to allow a change in travel dates to fit in with our schedule. We are very grateful for his assistance. Excellent work.

Nov 29 hotel package booked online, full payment Dec 1 my flight got cancelled so travel plan changed, called Luxury Escape (LE) to see the options. understand that it is non-refundable, they said they could provide doc for insurance purpose or the hotel can be transferred to another family member/friend Dec 2 my friends who are also travelling to the place told me that they were interested in staying at that hotel, asking if this package could be transferred to them Dec 3 called Luxury Escape and provided my friends’ name, the customer service said they would process and confirm by phone or email Dec 4 no confirmation at all, heard nothing from LE Dec 5 I called LE again, they said they were still communicating with hotel, not sure what the status was, will update me Dec 6 nothing heard from LE Dec 7 called LE, providing the name again, they said they still working on it, no update and no confirmation Dec 8 I waited and waited, nothing from LE Dec 9 I called LE again, the customer service apologized for the delay, saying there is internal miscommunication, not sure where the status it, promised to work on it right away and called me back for update Dec 10 no update, I called the hotel myself, and the hotel said there were no communication received from LE, I called LE again, because my friends are flying next day and the check in day for hotel is Dec 12. LE said to work on it right away. 30 minutes later, they confirm that the name was successfully changed and my friends can check in De 11 7 hours before my friends land in the city and check in, LE called me saying that the hotel refused to change the name and they cannot check in. LE refused to provide a reason and refused to provide any further assistance regarding this. WOW. I WAS SHOCKED. I don’t know what to say. Not only I had to chase after you guys for 11 days for a change that you promised you could make, but also after all these efforts, my friends landed in the city and were told they had nowhere to live. They had to pay $2000 to find an alternative accommodation right away. And there was no reason provided by LE and until this moment, they refused to provide any further assistance. This is my first time booking with Luxury Escape, but I will NEVER AGAIN. For anyone who is considering booking with this agency or have been happy with it, wait until there is something you need to change because this is how they treat customers and they will surly throw you under the bus for NO REASON.

We booked a 12 day tour of Sri Lanka with Luxury Escapes. The communication from this company was exceptional. Every question, every request was answered promptly and to our satisfaction. The tour comprised of 16 guests and we journeyed from Negombo around to Colombo visiting Dambulla, Kandy, Sirigiya, Yala and Galle. We had a hiccup in Galle, but an alternate itinerary was offered. A shame to miss exploring the fort in detail but something to add to our next visit to Sri Lanka. The accommodation was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We learnt so much about the culture, history and of course food!
