Nov 07,2024I needed some assistance finding dates for 4 couples to stay at a pre purchased resort. Our time was running out to book , due to the illness and recent passing of a close friend and we needed help as online it showed our proposed dates were not available. Juhi had a pleasant manner and was prompt, courteous, professional and most helpful. Very quickly she was able to advise dates that we have now booked in. Thanks Juhi.

Nov 06,2024I write this review as a warning to anyone contemplating purchasing a Luxury Escape gift voucher. Luxury Escape gift vouchers can only be used via the Luxury Escape booking service. When I redeemed a voucher (value $500) Luxury Escapes' price was circa $450 above the cost of booking direct with the accommodation provider. Luxury Escapes' mark-up added more than 50% to the daily rate of the accommodation. I initially thought this was an administrative error. Luxury Escapes' have since advised - in writing - that this is in line with their standard business practice; dynamic pricing. Buyer beware; Luxury Escapes' vouchers are essentially worthless. If you wish to give someone a reward, give them cash or print your own voucher.

I spoke to Brooke L in Sydney who assured me it was ok, which eased my suspicious mind. I found she was pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with, 5 plus stars for Brooke. THANK YOU, LUXURY ESCAPES.

Nov 04,2024Luxury Escapes booking at the Grand Chancellor Auckland was for seven nights. This is a brand new Hotel which is very classy. The package included breakfast, evening drinks and room upgrade. Exceptional value for money.

Nov 08,2024Love the architecturally designed staircase in the lobby and the striking entrance with the living wall. Beautifully appointed rooms, including a pillow menu for that extra bit of luxury. The staff were excellent, professional, friendly and prompt with all requests.
