Nov 19,2024I spoke to Emily G late yesterday in reference to our upcoming stay at Emperial Hotel Gold Coast. We were unable to get the same dates as my daughter and her family even though we booked 1 minute apart. With Emily’s help she was successful in changing our 3 night stay so we could be with our family at the same time. I am extremely happy that Emily was able to help.

From the great location, the wonderful staff members, to the beautifully maintained hotel, we enjoyed every minute of our escape. All the extras (breakfast/drinks/spa) were a lovely addition to our stay. Highly recommend!

Nov 17,2024On the morning of our scheduled travel, we were alerted to an unexpected maintenance issue with Air Conditioning as advised by our destination hotel. This was quickly and efficiently resolved by Gemma E who contacted the hotel and cancelled our reservation. A full refund was made available and we were able to rebook alternative accommodation for our intended R & R break for ourselves to assist with my wife's recovery from surgery. Well done Gemma and thanks for your help with recovering our Gold Coast break at very short notice.

Nov 16,2024Omgoodness…Gabby S just saved our holiday!! Flying into Florida from Western Australia, long flight hours, called ahead to hotel who couldn’t find our booking, 3 days before departure! Gabby S saved us, made the call back to me out my mind at rest…thank you lady, I wish you a lotto win! Traveling long hours is a stress, traveling those hours with A.S.D…even more so, I can’t thank her enough!

Nov 15,2024Rang & spoke with Annabel to assist me in cancelling our hotel stay in early January 2025, due to medical reasons and cannot travel them, she advised me we have 12 months grace period to use this, which my wife & i happy happy with, also got a cancellation email from Annabel to confirm. Very happy with her explanation to both of us

Thank goodness we booked through luxury escapes who have outstanding staff like Gemma.E She went above and beyond and was able to resolve our accommodation issue without any impact to ourselves.
