Cicilia B was excellent to deal with every step of the way! I had reservations since Luxury Escapes completely dropped the ball on my previous booking, so I reached out via their Snapchat support and Cicilia B was patient and understanding and not only investigated my bookings but followed up every step of the way.
I contacted LE to discuss an upgrade to a room. Couldn’t manage through manage my booking. Spoke to Mickayla C. Courteous, helpful and got back to me by the stated deadline. Great solution- issue resolved. Very pleased customer.
I expected to speak to someone overseas and a change of booking be a very complicated process but to my surprise I spoke with Gemma who was not only Australian and easy to understand but immediately actioned all of our requests and called me back straight away after every email.
I have dealt with a number of your employees during the past week or so trying to get some sort of a response for the return of our deposit monies after contracting lung cancer, amongst a number of other life threatening health issues and I must say that if your highest grading is a 5 star, Mohamad A deserves a full 10 stars. He was the only one who showed any interest at all to handle our problem to our satisfaction
I have never registered with this company and I started receiving their promotional messages. I also received an email saying that I have registered. So, either someone registered me with my very specific email, or they started buying up email lists to promote their website artificially. Either way, it's a bad behaviour.
Just had a wonderful trip to The Hoxton Roma with Luxury Escapes. What a fabulous trip they organised. What a fabulous hotel, such a nice vibe. I can't review them highly enough, from the very reasonable deal we got to the communication we received before and during the trip. We will definitely be using them again, and on this experience would recommend them.
This is our second trip with Luxury Escape. The first time was to Maldives a year ago. The coming tour is 12 days to Sri Lanka in 2025. We are very pleased to work with Luxury Escape from day 1. They are very responsive and helpful. They are in Australia and we are in Singapore but they have a local Singapore telephone no that made communications so much easier. In addition, I very much prefer human interaction rather AI type machine talking. This time to Sri Lanka, I noticed a mistake in pre tour accommodation booking and called the local Singapore telephone. Although today is Sunday, the call was answered after a short waiting. Sebastian R helped us to rectify the booking and sent us the confirmation. He was patience and supportive. I lost the telephone line while he was working on the problem, and he quickly called back to confirm the problem was rectified. It is very much appreciated.
Gabby S seems to have tackled our request quickly, efficiently and produced an excellent outcome. This review is as high as we ever provide so probably equals what others give as a five. Gabby not only solved the problem but communicated the answer professionally over the telephone and followed up as she said she would.

We just joined Luxury escapes. Josh was awesome in helping us with our last minute holiday. Made the whole process really easy. Will definitely contact Josh again for our next adventure. Cheers Josh
An absolute set of lies from Luxury Escapes. The island that was represented as a Luxury was nothing short of a 50 year old dilapidated old hotel. Not a single door closed properly, no tv in the rooms, random feral dogs roamed the resort including IN the restaurants at meal times, food was covered in flies, they messed up advice on our transfers so cost us another $1000. Reception office had holes in the roof and the “ All Inclusive meals “ was buffet every day the same, “ Daily DrinkS” was ONE drink a day per adult and that included a bottle of water- which none was provided in the room. Bath water was literally brown ( I have vide of it all ), guest laundry building looked like a slum Building and was $11 wash and $11 a dryer cycle PLUS the detergent. Beds were double bed base of exposed old mattresses and top was a queen bed hanging over its side -but at least it had a sheet. Lounges and chairs had makeshift sheets re sewn and hung over them to cover the filth below. Just lies about it being a Luxury Resort. The company Luxury Escape changed ownership in 2021. They now could not care less and arrogantly told me my complaint was closed. NOT NEARLY CLOSED. Short of a full refund I won’t be satisfied. And I will continue to warn everyone to not use them ever !!! You will be devastated if you go on a Luxury Escape ( now I call them Luxury Excuses ) holiday like I am.
Booked Mana Island in Fiji for 8 days thru luxury escapes The resort is over 50 years old and a DUMP Everything old / worn or broken Our booking was all inclusive Turned out 1 drink per day per person Including a coke Food was buffet and the same every day Eat lunch was a thousand flies every day- no aircon where we ate Accommodation old and broken furniture Most daily activities did not happen Rubbish and stray dogs everywhere Was not even a 3 star resort let alone a luxury escape A very poor choice to label this resort a luxury escape
I am pretty hopeless with online anything and couldn't find my booking confirmation anywhere. I knew luxuary escapes had been paid and the hotel had my booking but as the package had lots of ad ons, I didn't want to turn up without an actual booking in my hand. Sebastian was excellent and patient with me, it turns out that the booking was actually through scoopon but ultimately with luxuary escapes. Somehow Sabastian found it and emailed it to me, even holding on the phone while I opened my wife's phone to read the email. Top level service. And a top man. Thankyou.
Love Luxury Escapes and totally recommend them as your travel & hotel bookings. We have for 6yrs and have never looked back. Wonderful holiday packages & great deals $$. Recently I made a mistake in my booking & was reassured by LE support team Joel S who resolved my issue promptly. I felt looked after which is a rarity in customer service these days. I can holiday without any worries when I book with LE, I have nothing but praise & happily recommend LE to friends. Thank you again Joel S & LE team !
Josh made our booking process so seamless especially considering it was a big group booking with lots of moving parts! Customer service was exceptional. We are so excited for our upcoming LE trip.
