There was come confusion with our booking with the place of accommodation. I rang Luxury Escapes and in no time Bill H had sorted things out. His communication skills were second to none. I have called Luxury Escapes on other occasions and received similar great service. Well done Bill H and Luxury Escapes 👏 👏

I wanted to take a moment to mention one of your staff, Carlos E. Not only was he engaged and showed a genuine interest in assisting me, he went above and beyond in my opinion. Carlos looped back, after the issue had been resolved, with a phone call and email confirming the concern had been addressed. This is a rare trait in customer service these days and he should be recognised for his efforts. I work in managing customer care for a reputable airline and he would be an asset to any company caring about their customers and their loyalty. Bravo Carlos, keep it up.

I just called LE because I had some questions about my reservation. Twara was patient and calm. I was able to reach her again after the call got disconnected and she was apologetic (she didn’t have to ). I believe she is a great asset your company.

Booked a cruise with accommodation and flights on Oct 10th. The sales process was OK but ever since the customer service has been underwhelming. We needed to speak fairly early to someone about flights as my fellow traveller has won a river cruise and we thought we would combine the two. The consultant that phoned today was rude, impatient and did not want to listen at all. I am really concerned that if there is something amiss while we are overseas we will be on our own. There is no comparison with the service of Silversea and Uniworld and this firm

I called 4 days out from international travel to confirm transfer arrangements for our package in Thailand. Gemma E provided exceptional service, confirming all arrangements within hours. She was friendly, polite and super helpful. Very impressed. Thank you Gemma 🙏

What an unusual experience it is these days to be able to speak to a person rather than some sort of robotic answering system. The experience is greatly enhanced when you are connected to such a delightful young lady named Brooke J at Luxury Escapes. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she got back to us very promptly with one of our requests that she had to check on. Brooke is an asset to Luxury Escapes and we can’t thank her enough for such great service.

We recently booked a 12-day Ultimate Japan tour through Luxury Escapes, expecting a premium experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Sadly, our experience was disappointing from start to finish. At over $1,000 per day, we were expecting quality accommodations and convenience. Instead, we stayed in 2 and 3-star hotels that were far from luxury—rooms were tiny, dirty, smelled unpleasant, and lacked basic amenities. The hotel locations were another letdown, often in industrial areas far from central attractions. This setup added hours of travel time each day, taking away from our time exploring Japan’s sights and culture. The Tokyo and Osaka hotels were a 30min+ taxi ride away from the city at over $100 cost each way. Many of our fellow travelers, who were retirees spending their hard-earned savings on what they hoped would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, felt similarly disappointed and shared our sentiment that we felt “conned” or “grifted” out of our money. When we collectively raised our concerns to Luxury Escapes, we received a response that they “don’t actually offer luxury tours, but standard tours”—a statement that directly contradicts their brand promise. Knowing that we could have booked a similar “standard” experience through a budget-friendly provider like Tripper Deal and saved thousands only adds to our frustration. We wanted a special experience and invested our savings trusting the Luxury Escapes brand and reputation, but instead, we feel completely misled. If you’re considering booking with Luxury Escapes, I’d advise caution. This experience didn’t align with the Luxury Escapes promise and certainly didn’t justify the high price tag. If you’re seeking transparency and value, consider using a more upfront provider. Likewise, if you are after a luxury experience, go elsewhere.

I used Luxury Escapes for a Hong Kong stay at the Island Shangri La for a birthday break. My flight however was delayed 24 hours so we couldn't make the first night. After sorting flights I got onto Luxury Escapes to let them know I would miss the first night and hopefully get the money back for that night. I spoke with Milica from Luxury Escape and she was straight onto trying to sort this out for me. Over the next couple of days she had made sure my room was still there and got us the credit for the first night. She kept us informed where everything was at along the way and was so good to deal with. I have not had that level of service from a travel company for so long. I wish Qantas had the same level of customer service!! We were super impressed. They saved my Birthday weekend

We've always been impressed with the support we get from the team at Luxury Escapes, and the assistance we received today from Penny G was exemplary. We got ourselves in a bind over Xmas due to family reasons and were looking like we would lose our holiday bookings, but thanks to Penny's advocacy, we could reschedule to more suitable dates. This is why we keep going back to Luxury Escapes.
