Rebecca ensured I was kept up to date with any developments with my claim, she provided thorough and clear explanations of the processes involved, listened to any queries I had and made me feel completely at ease. As well as arranging physiotherapy sessions for me, Rebecca was determined to secure the best compensation settlement for me that she could. It was a pleasure to speak to Rebecca and her secretary (who were always on hand to take my calls) and they provided a first class service. Feb 08,2015I needed a new company to handle the sale of a property as my previous solicitor had retired. I decided on macks due to the initial information received from the company and a competitive price. The sale of my house involved no chain and both me and the buyers requested a speedy exchange. This did not happen it was touch and go down to the day before the proposed completion due to nothing other than a very slow service. I'm really disappointed and can say I would never recommend the company for conveyancy work or use them again myself in the future.

Feb 08,2015In my experience Macks Solicitors are without a doubt a trust worthy, dependable and friendly law firm who endeavour in their work. My experience specifically relates to claiming due compensation due to a road incident that occurred in April 2012, of which I was the victim of. I had suffered multiple injury's which also included psychological trauma. I have now been treated and cured of my ailments and have now received due settlement from the defendants. Through out the duration of the settlement I was constantly updated with updates about the claim itself via: letters, telephone calls and emails. The solicitor who dealt with my case in particular, a Mr James Pritchard, was very helpful, considerate, professional, understanding and supportive. So taking these factors into consideration I would give Macks Solicitors a 5 star rating overall. I would definitely recommend this firm.

Feb 05,2015From the first contact, which included a clear description of the office location, everything went well. Initial telephone call was answered promptly, my requirement was noted, and a mutually suitable appointment time agreed. First impression approaching the office was good, nice looking building, well laid-out car parking with clearly marked 'Visitor' bays. Receptionist was welcoming, and made immediate telephone contact with the solicitor who was to handle my case. I only just had time to sit down in a very pleasant waiting area, before the solicitor came in, introduced herself, and conducted me to a private room where my legal requirement was discussed. We went through the details, for the redrafting of a Will, and i was given all the help and assistance that I could have wished for. The whole of the interview/proceedings was conducted in a very friendly and efficient manner, albeit professional at the same time. This was particularly pleasing since the service was being provided 'pro bono', against a donation to a local charity. The initial visit resulted in a draft Will being posted to me, with a further meeting arranged to have the legal document signed and witnessed. Once again the receptionist, solicitor, and witness were all pleasant friendly and professional, the overall exercise was that of a pleasure, rather than a chore, and I would wholehearted recommend Macks Solicitors based on my experience.

Feb 05,2015Following a hit and run cycling accident with an HGV lorry in central London, I reached out to Macks to seek compensation for my injuries and losses. I was particularly attracted to Macks as they have specialists with experience of dealing with cycling accidents (also being cyclists themselves this reassured me). With the support of James I successfully settled a mutually agreeable settlement with the Motor Insurance Bureau, I am more than satisfied with the settlement amount and the service provided by Macks. I found James to be very responsive and extremely helpful, I felt that he was quick to follow up on my queries and offered honest easy to understand explanations. Overall I felt that he provided excellent client service throughout the process. If anyone is thinking about pursuing a compensation claim then I would definitely recommend Macks.
