Jan 07,2015I was involved in a cycle accident in 2013 which left me with a few cracked ribs, some bruises, a badly damaged bike and an ongoing fear of cycling. I chose to be represented by Macks Solicitors based on their specialist claims of dealing with cycle accidents. I was represent by James and he lived up to those claims. I hope that cyclist aren't involved in these accidents as I now know what it feels like to be in one but as we know, accidents do happen! To the cyclist out there, be safe! if unfortunate, remember James

Dec 12,2014I have had Macks solicitors on many occasions including personal injury and conveyancing. In my experience of solicitors, Macks are unprecedented in their professionalism. I have had three personal injury claims settled with great speed and efficiency, one being very complex. The conveyancing solicitor took all the stress out of moving home which was completed before other properties in the chain. In both sectors I had telephone calls returned the same morning, emails responded to immediately and a friendly and understanding solicitor on every occasion. I would highly recommend these solicitors, they have proven time and time again to be honest and trustworthy in every way.

Dec 08,2014My wife and I have used this company on three occasions over the last five years. To be perfectly honest, i will not use anyone else. On two occasions we have been involved in non fault road traffic collisions. Both instances were dealt with by Ally. I cannot fault the care, understanding and professionalism shown by Ally and the other members of staff that i have dealt with. Phone calls are returned promptly, We were kept up to date constantly with letters, e mails and phone calls. The advice given to us was always honest and accurate. Although not severe, our injuries caused us pain, discomfort and led to time off work. The staff at Macks (Ally in particular ) worked tirelessly to gain us what we believed to be the correct level of compensation. I honestly believe that you will not get this personal level of service and professionalism in any other company in this area.

Nov 30,2014From the beginning my dealings with James, my contact at Macks, were clear and friendly whilst still business-like and potential outcomes explained. All through the process I was kept informed, Contact was timely, when the other side stalled I was kept up to date. After about 4 months from first speaking to James the other side finally saw sense and made a payout that I thought was reasonable. Jan 18,2015When I was injured through no fault of my own, I’d never had any dealings with a solicitor and it was with some trepidation that I went to see Nick Mack. I needn’t have worried, as he put me at my ease from the beginning, listening courteously to what I had to say. I’d been hit by car in a car park, knocking me and my groceries flying, and causing bruising and a broken thumb. Nick obtained damages that not only covered my injuries but also things I wouldn’t have thought of, such as fees I’d just paid out for nightclasses and not being able to drive. He kept me informed at every step of the proceedings and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has the misfortune to require the services of a solicitor.
