Mar 12,2019Their products are usually good. So, no post sales support required. But, if you do need post sales support then you may get real problems. I ordered graphics card, then I wanted to return it, but no response, emailed them, opened a ticket & I tried calling them but no answer. I decided to keep the card eventually. It's all good. Mac store responded and got things cleared out.

Mar 09,2019First I am really happy with my order MacStoreUK is really trustworthy they quickly exchange my laptop for the right order.I test the laptop at Genius Bar it was good. although it was showing the hard drive was failing. but they have checked it seems like it wasn't connected properly so they fix that. They said you can return it but I am not I have a plan to install an ssd. so doesn't matter everything works perfect. no dents on laptop. I am really happy with what I got. I would recommend them to you great company.
