Mar 16,2021MansionBet are an absolute disgrace, should have their Licence Revoked. Customer Services is a joke!. I had to contact them 4 times with a request to up my Daily Limit and despite the saying it would be raised the next day it was all lies, never happened!. I then sent at least four Emails to Customer Services although they said they received them they have never replied to them or carried out my request!!. Unless you want to end up in a Looney Bin give this Company Monarch Bet a wide berth😡😡.

Mar 16,2021My bet won and after I chose to withdraw my winnings, I am now unable to log into my account. I have just tried calling and was on hold for ages until I got cut off. Absolutely disgraceful as a company and i would advise people to avoid, especially after I have read most of the comments on here which has made my anxiety even worse

Mar 16,2021I just won a 7 fold accumulator at Cheltenham, since winning my account now shows "Access Denied" and I'm not able to log in anymore. Can't contact customer support as the phone lines aren't working. Can't chat with them because I can't log in. Emails aren't replied. Beware of this company and it's underhanded tactics. It is a scam website.

Mar 15,2021Won a bet but won't pay! I won a bet using Mansion Bet but didn't get the funds added to my account. Spoke to an 'Alex' via the chat but said the reason was down to 'management' and didn't have the information infront of him. I demanded an explanation, then got logged out of my account and it now says access denied!! AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE

They have provided final response and apparantley youa re allowed to register new account with same details despite them closing account permanently.Would recommend you dont deal with these kind of companies as they make the rules up depending on the situation. Mar 15,2021They move the goalposts. Change the rules, uncontactable. Genuinely a toxic company. As per below response - emailed 7 days ago, 5 days ago, 2 days ago. Live chat is dysfunctional, phone lines out of action. So when they tell you to email them, tt's to make it look like they're doing something Edit 19th March: 11 Days with no response.

Mar 15,2021Absolutely awful!!! I signed up and did everything I needed to do to get the 3 £5 free bets which I haven't received. Tried the live chat to which you get no response so how about you just remove the option to contact you as you never respond to anything. Bunch of fraudsters!!! Mansionbet is a scam!!!!!! DO NOT BET WITH THEM THEY ARE AWFUL!!! I had to wait 30 minutes to get an answer on the live chat

Mar 12,2021Unfortunately I have fallen victim to this unscrupulous Gambling Operator who has no regard for operating fairly and in line with their licensing commitents or consumer law obligations. I have been a customer for around 5 Months and my play has been fairly limited over the course of this period. In December I completed the verification process and supplied all necessary documents and Mansion Bet confirmed that my account was now fully verified. I made multiple deposits over the course of 3 days earlier this Month with no issues whatsoever, however when I made a withdrawal it was a different story. Having seen after 2 days that my withdrawal had not been processed I contacted customer services who said that there was a backlog and that it would be processed imminently. The next day it had still not been completed so I contacted them again and this is when things became alarming. It was confirmed on this occasion that there wasn't a 'backlog' at all but that there was an apparent security check being carried out. So why did they need to lie to me about this in the first place? Given that my account is already fully verified and that Mansion Bet had no problems accepting multiple deposits from me they are now contravening their Licence Conditions. Unfortunately for Mansion I have experienced this kind of treatment before from Mr Green Sport and I know excatly how to go about getting my rightfully entitled funds plus the legal fees that I will now incur. I would advise anyone to steer well clear of this company and stick to the major more mainstream companies as they are not reputable and clearly don't like anyone that tries to withdraw funds.

Mar 09,2021This is the worst broker I have ever chance to register with. They're not only disgraceful but just straight up scamming people. The terms and conditions are so confusing so that you will make a mistake and then puff, your winnings are being "DEDUCTED" as they say you breached some smallprint. THEY STRAIGHT UP TOOK MY WINNINGS BECAUSE I BET ON NOT WHAT I SHOULD ACCORDING TO THEM, even though that situation could be easily avoided on their side, by simply, not allowing me to place that "illegal" (what a f... joke) bet in the first place, but no, they on purpouse allow you to make a bet that breaches their ridiculous conditions so that they can take your winnings! If this is not illegal, it sure as hell should be! SCAMMERS, AVOID!

Mar 06,2021I would not touch this mickey mouse company with a barge pole. They are untrustworthy, unprofessional and uncontactable. If you don't want to get very frustrated just avoid this company full stop. Use a recognised established brand who you can rely on. You cannot get your money back, you cannot phone them, they do not respond to emails etc. Hopefully you get this genuine message and avoid them at all costs, they do not deserve customers money.

Big time fraud and scam I don't get all the bad reviews . Y'all just gotta be patience and send in all your documents . At first I thought the same too . Why it's taking so long for the withdrawal. It's regular procedure. I just won 21k from this site and they paid all in full. Due to money laundering. They have to do send in proper order . Everything is proper about this site . So please the don't knock them down. They are very good.

Mar 05,2021Looking at the below reviews I find it hard to believe that this horrendous betting company actually have people betting with them. What a mistake it has proven to be depositing money and betting with these cowboys. I won £150 and withdrew it at 12-50am on Monday. It’s now Friday afternoon and despite countless emails and hours spent on live chat that withdrawal is still pending and I havent been paid. I am going to hammer this company on every social media platform I can of this isn’t sorted out before the weekend. Please if you are thinking of giving this mob a penny don’t. The worst of the worst in terms of betting companies. I have now sent an email to the gambling commission and IBAS to complain about the treatment from this company. They are not getting away with this and I would urge everyone who has had issues to do the same or they will keep shafting customers.

Mar 17,2021I received an email in the morning for their Cheltenham first race special offer "pay out as a winner if 2nd on" I decided to place a £10 bet and it turns out my horse came second. I went on live chat to be told that I am excluded from promotions. They told me that they linked my account to another which can't be the case as I am the only one who bets in my household. I would avoid betting with them - why offer promotions and then refuse to pay out.
