Jan 30,2021Hi withdrew 320 on mansionbet. They then got in touch after 3 days saying they needed to see my debit card. Now another team wants to review. Poor customer service.

Jan 30,2021They lure you in with offers and then limit your account after a few weeks so that you don't have access to any more offers, and they say it's because of a breach on the terms and conditions but will never disclose which (I specifically asked! They can't say because they know there's nothing). Feels like a scam to collect your data and then sell it to some other company.

Jan 27,2021Would go near these cowboys with a barge pole, Stick with the Well known established firms. Hesitated about opening an account. Used the free bet option but saw funds forfeited due to backing the same selection. After reading terms i see your unable to do this with Mansionbet. (term for this at the bottom of the page) Other bookmakers have a block when doing this where the computer will only allow you to back the selection once with the free bet. This is another example of the mickey mouse firms trying to compete with the big guns, Also after placing the 4 x 5 free bets theyve now restricted my account for promos and stakes

Jan 27,2021if you could give no stars i would. Opened an account, placed a bet, received 4 x 5 free bets. Placed the 4 free bets on a footie match only to be told one stood as you cant put the free bets on same selection. ( surely the computer system wouldnt allow you to do this) i read the terms and only at the bottom does it state this. Another shocking bookmaker putting the odds masivley in favour of the bookie. i did read the neg terms before opening the account, i should of listened to them. Also live chat customer service agents are rude and dont have any service manor at all.

Unfortunately I did see a few colleagues on mansionbet who did not provide good sutoner service I would of got better at my local Tesco with some but with him I’m grateful for to have and is what keeps me coming legit if he was not working I actually don’t deposit

Jan 20,2021This is the worst betting site - terrible user interface, doesn't run properly on Chrome and you need to deposit via a certain method before you can withdraw any winnings. I'm laughing at how bad it is. Embarrassing.

Jan 19,2021They twice offered me free bets if I placed a qualifying bet. Twice I placed the bets and twice they failed to award the bets. They never responded to the emails I sent them. Not to be trusted at all. Update.... A response from them on here. Amazing what can be achieved eh? You had your chances Mansionbet but you failed miserably. You have my emails with full account details and complaints so I suggest you check your inbox and respond instead of ignoring.

Jan 18,2021I signed up with Mansion Bet last week, and today I received an email saying "Following a routine review of your account at MansionBet, we have taken the decision to revoke your eligibility to participate in promotions and receive bonuses and/or free bets." I got no reason why, and when I asked the live chat online, they said management said it's permanent, and they do not know why. AVOID I understand that it is at their sole discretion, BUT, a reason would help.

Jan 18,2021Signed up to this bookmaker, joined them, took advantage of the joining promotion, downloaded the application. Won some bets, lost some others. Joined their loyalty club, did some more bets, won some lost some, got a free bet, found a really good odds horse, bet the free bet on it. Then received a "Routine check of your account email... taken the decision to revoke your eligibility to participate in promotions and receive bonuses and/or free bets". Followed the "rules" but perhaps I didn't lose enough money for them to want me as a customer? Perhaps I wasn't addicted enough, or I was too much in control to give them a steady income and make sure that "the house won". Perhaps you will do better than me, but for this account to only last a week was a shame.. I wish you the best for the future MansionBet. A reply has been received from MansionBet, and sadly, it isn't helpful. If you want(or deserve?) respect from your customer base, then you need to be more open and transparent than a "...at our sole discretion..." type response. If I had a friend, partner, or family member that I was not happy with, I would at least dignify them with a reason for the failed relationship, rather than a simple "I don't want to converse with you any more". Treat customers fairly, and they will remain loyal, treat them with disrespect, they have every right to complain that they have been badly treated.

Make 2 further withdrawals totalling £280 but these are pending days later, account under a review that allows you to deposit but not withdraw. No one will give me answers, repeatedly ignored or disconnected from live chat and email.

Jan 16,2021Don’t even waste your time, go for a better betting website. I received 4x£5 free bets when losing my £10 stake and they refused to pay out 2 of the 4 bets (that I won) and then proceeded to ban me. They couldn’t resolve a pre school thumbwar and can’t resolve this

Jan 14,2021I joined because I saw a promotion online. Most of my bets lost and then I very quickly received an email saying they were banning me from any future promotions!! No apology or anything. Just that they were allowed to do this because of their terms and conditions. Is this anyway to treat new customers? Their website is also clunky when compared to other gambling websites.

Jan 31,2021Worst betting company ever. took a price at 5/2 won at 10/11, they settled the bet at 10/11 which was £90 robbery effectively. Contacted their customer support said they couldn’t find the bet so I sent them a photo. They then said I needed to email so did that twice. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. Do not use this company literally thieves with the worst customer service ever! Copied this message and your response to the email address still no response at all!!
