Feb 14,2021Won about 1200£ and for no reason whatsoever they blocked my account stealing my money for a total of 1500£+ worth of balance locked in my account. I had 2 more friends who have had the exact same case and we are all taking these dirty scammers to courts through the relevant legal body. After research, I have found 10s of people's complaints on online forums that have been victims of mansion bet's fraudulent activity. Looking at trustpilot reviews, got all the confirmation I needed, case closed, withdraw your funds and file a suit against them, it takes about 2 minutes to fill up the form and have a solicitor take over the case, hands off. Their usual reply is something along the lines of denial or palying the deaf innocent victimized cat. My case is under investigation by my solicitor through the relevant body called IBAS. Latest news from my solicitor is that many people have been filing lawsuits against MansionBet for sometime now and it's a matter of time until the operation is shat down and lots of arrests occur.

Feb 11,2021Opened an account with MansionBet on 06/02/2021 and deposited £25. Whilst playing one of the slots game I won the daily jackpot of nearly £3k. I couldn't believe it. I spoke to someone on live chat and they told me I had to send in documents to verify my account. Which I did straight away, it was verified within the hour. I withdrew the money the same night and the withdrawal was pending. They can take up to 3 working days to verify the transaction. The money was in my account today 11/02/2021. Overall very good experience and good customer service.

Feb 10,2021Not a great experience with Mansion this far. I withdrew €900 on 6th Feb and €300 on 7th Feb. The smaller withdrawl went through straight away but the larger one is still pending....I have raised the issue on livechat and did not receive a response...Livechat now seems to be disabled...things like this make me really nervous.

Feb 07,2021Just like to let everyone know to give this outfit a real wide berth, detucted 1100 pound of me and can't get any were with them to resolve the issue. absolute crooks very vauge answers from there customer support team can't speak to a superior, very badly ran company please do not sign up with them stay with established bookmakers and don't give these people a penny they will cheat you any way they can should have there licence revoked. I joined the site, I have deposited 10 GBP and won around 40GBP and they restricted my account. I have sent more than 15 e-mail. They sent me an e-mail 20 day ago and told me that my account has been closed due to a failed security check. I have asked several times to send me more details, but nobody gave me additional information till now. We are speaking for 20 days period..... Highly recommend anyone not to waste their time registering with this website! Let's see how long it takes to refund my deposit..... Guess never.... I AM STILL WAITING ADEQUATE RESPONSE! Jan 31,2021THE worst experience ever had with any bookmaker - and I am registered with MANY others. This company uses terribly underhand tactics to hold on to your money for as long as possible, if not indefinitely. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a simple withdrawal, every possible obstacle has been thrown in my way to render my account inactive. Despite jumping through every hoop presented, I am still waiting.. amidst website, technical difficulties, and terrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere, any sign up offer they attempt to draw you in with, I can assure you, is not worth it.

Feb 18,2021One of the worst bookies i've had the misfortune to use. Will happily take your money, but trying getting it out of them...Stick to the likes of Paddy Power or Bet365 would be my advice. Avoid like the covid, a real scam company.
