Mar 04,2021Like the previous gentleman I have had massive problems trying to get paid out (£150 so hardly a huge sum) The live chat is a disgrace there is no one willing to help and it keeps logging you out the whole website is a shambles. 4 days and my withdrawal still pending. I have already bet and withdrew money in the past I’m not a new customer yet I’m having to send in driving license and passports etc now to get paid. They are utter crooks and I would not go near this company with a barge pole. Avoid at all costs.

Mar 04,2021I’ve never known a company make it so difficult to withdraw funds. It’s only £50 however I’ve only been told today, after I contacted them I need to submit documents to withdraw. Why wasn’t I contact by someone when i requested the withdrawal 5 days ago? Suppose it’s in your company’s nature to hope I’d have just forgot about the withdrawal and funds. They don’t want documents to take your money and bets, yet the moment you take something back they make you Jump through every hole going, they’re trying to do more checks than an airport and the live chat service is poor to say the very best. Awful company and once I get the funds I’ll be moving on. Don’t let the comment below fool you. I’ve been in contact with them for 11 days now and received nothing but marketing emails about cheltenham and automated emails telling me they aim to reply within a day 🙄🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥

Mar 04,2021This is the worse company I have ever gambled with and worst customer service I have experienced. I place a €500 win bet in mahoning valley on a horse at 4/1. The bet was accepted and paid out 5 minutes after the result. Then 30 minutes after the that the money was taken from my account and the bet was cancelled. I was in contact with two people Dan and Cyril who were no help. I was told that the race had gone off even though it accepted and I was watching the race on sky sports racing. I was told it was only noticed when the bet was settled but that’s a lie it was settled 5 minutes after the race. I was told that Mansion can’t be held responsible any errors or omissions. Which I think is absolutely ridiculous it is not my fault they employ incompetent staff. May I add they said it wasn’t there fault but I was offered a €100 free bet. Do not open an account with this company because the will just rob you as they did to me. They have left me €2000 short shameful company.

Won and lost bets in a matter of three months. As stated earlier I believe mansionbet will be investigated and huge fine.

Feb 27,2021I created an account and from the second I clicked 'join' after entering all my details my account was blocked/access denied and I was asked to contact customer services, LOL. Best part is that you cant use live chat unless you are logged into an account, and theres no way I'm wasting time out of my day to call them when there are a million other sites out there. There is absolutely nothing about my details to indicate that theres something wrong with me, by the way, I'm squeaky clean. You have to laugh at the absurdity really.

Feb 26,2021I withdrew £4000 just after midnight on 22/2 from a golf bet. I withdrew a further £6000 later that day from 2 trebles. And a further £3000 again on the 23/2, from football winnings that day. It’s now 22.08 on 25/2 and ALL 3 withdrawal requests are still pending. They haven’t even sent any of them to my bank yet to start the 2-3 process of me receiving the winnings. This contrary to their terms & conditions for withdrawals of less than £5000. I’ve emailed Mansion twice asking for a phone call, nothing forthcoming, and live chat is down. Absolutely ridiculous service. Friday 26/2 You can’t contact them by phone. They are blaming the Pandemic for closing their phone lines. Online chat still not working, and still no reply to my emails. If Rahm wins/places in the WGC, I’m in a hole for a lot more £££. I won’t be using them again once (if) this mess is sorted. If you are a serious punter, stay well away!! I honestly think the Gambling Commission should be made aware. 11/3 - Further Update Still no further forward. Still have £13,000 owed to me & Compliance still looking at my SOI documents which confirm I’ve a genuine income. 29/3 - A Further Update I’ve just seen the post below, very similar to my experience. It’s now the 29th of March, they are still ignoring my emails, I still can’t chat to them on the chat box, and they still owe me £13,000. I’m stuck, there’s nothing I can do. Mansion Bet are you reading this???? What are you going to do about it???? 10/4 - Final Update Finally yesterday I received my money, with an arsey email telling me to F@@ off, we don’t want your business. Good riddance, I don’t want yours either.

Please note that promotion eligibility is at the sole discretion of MansionBet. what’s all that about ??? wish i had read all the poor reviews on here before i bothered with these clowns might be best sticking with proper well known bookmakers in the uk than little fish like these hiding in Gibraltar making money of us tax free no doubt.

Feb 25,2021Managed to get the free bet offer wrong. They accepted one but scrapped the other 3. You're apparently not supposed to have the same selection, it was written right towards the very end of the terms. They honoured one, I asked out of good will if I could have the other 3 it wasn't exactly easy to notice but they refused. If that is the case the website shouldn't then allow you to make those bets. Have closed my account and will use someone else.

Feb 24,2021Still had no response had my mansion bet account for over a month got fully verified and could withdraw and deposit money then I had a big win won around £600 and withdrew it suddenly had a random security check and my account got closed as I had a account which I already made with them over 2-3 years ago which I didn’t know about if this was the case you should not of verified my account and let me bet money my account is under name keaton Reece coulson I want this sorting out yous have frauded me here and robbed me of my money I want this sorting otherwise I am going to take this case further

Feb 23,2021Don't use!!! After spending and betting my own money, I earned free bets as part of a promotion. I then used all these free bets on a game with unlikely odds. The bet settled and I won. Then, when I tried to withdraw these funds a few days later, they sent me an email and said that I couldn't place more than 1 free bet on a single outcome. Therefore they would take back all my winnings and wont refund me my free bets either. Plus I've apparently been banned from all additional promotions. It seems as if I've just been scammed. Stay far away from this site.

Feb 21,2021The site on a whole is not too bad. But do not even think about cashing out because if you look like your bet is getting close, a cash out will not be offered. A cash out is there until a goal is scored then that's it, game over they take your money without the remotest chance of a cash out.

Feb 19,2021I’ve played some good, mediocre and poor sites but mansion bet is by far the worst I have ever been on, awful software keeps logging out, hardly any bonuses on games and when on the very odd occasion it came up the winnings where no were to be seen, awful promotions especially on the casino and Vegas, literally went through 100 quid in no time with 20p and 40p spins nothing to show for it what so ever, no new player free spins or sign up bonus

Mar 05,2021For some reason couldn't get into my account and before even getting the chance to log in they have already closed my account, no reason, no excuse just an email saying you're out. Poor from and poor customer service. Took me 3 days to receive an email about being locked out. Avoid at all costs, so many better bookies out there.
