May 31,2021Early indication(joined late April) is that they are a decent reputable betting company with attractive offers and promotions. Only negative so far is the time they sometimes take to confirm withdrawals.

May 27,2021STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOT!! very poor customer service. My withdrawal is still missing despite me providing my bank statements to prove that it did not arrive into my bank account they are still refusing to investigate or trace the payment from there side and keep telling me to contact my bank. After speaking me to my bank I been told that it's the responsibility of the beneficiary bank to trace the payment however they are refusing to trace this payment. I feel like i have been robbed they keep telling me it's processed from there side but I haven't received my money. It's not even about the amount it's about the principals. STAY AWAY I bet with several bookmakers and I am very very disappointed. They keep cutting me off when I try to phone and plead to them I made the withdrawal last month and i still haven't got it...I will keep trying to get my money but I will never use these lot again and advice all the people reading this review not to either. Terrible absolutely terrible I would give no stars if I could ...

Your copy and paste replies can be added to the other 10 disappointing points I made. I don't need to contact you to explain my comments as I couldn't careless how you operate as I'm now with a bookmaker who is professional and respects their customers.

May 25,2021COULDNT BE ANY WORSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Owed over £500 after a system glitch on roulette. After admitting there were system errors all that day they haven’t offered me a penny back. Unable to speak to anyone with authority over the phone and they never respond to emails. I will be seeking legal advice over this!

Direct whats app communication with pablo(vip account manager) and nothing is ever too much trouble for him to sort out. He’s Quick and Thorough with everything i have asked of him. During co id obviously been no hospitality events to attend but that hasn’t stopped mansion bets generosity from luxury hampers to free just eat vouchers. Cannot speak highly enough of pablo and the team!!!!! Great bonuses and free bets that are by far more regular than any other company ive used. 5*

May 23,2021Customer support on bonuses offered by MansionBet far superior than competitors. Wish there was more goal scorer bets available across other leagues and not just the top few big leagues. Other than that excellent site.

May 23,2021I have now requested multiple four figure withdrawals at Mansionbet and never run into an issue. The money always hit my bank account one day after the withdrawal request was processed. The processing time itself usually takes a day or two. Anyone complaining about verifying their account - the first thing I do when opening an account at a bookmaker, is to upload my documents and only once fully verified, I deposit money. I was searching for a new bookmaker (SbTech) who you can trust for over 2 years as I was playing at ComeOn! for over 7 years - they had closed down for the UK market in 2019 - and Im glad I have registered an account with Mansionbet. Great customer service and an excellent loyalty bonus every week.

May 18,2021I signed up with MansionBet, won a couple of bets and then they restrict my account? Seems a common theme for this joke of a company. How they are still in business is beyond me when they just constantly restrict you after a couple of wins! Stay well clear - took a few days to process my £200 withdrawal too (and that was after they restricted me).

May 17,2021Slow withdrawal process you win on a Friday morning and still not been paid on a Monday afternoon if they want to be taken seriously then sort out your withdrawal process far too long compared to the big market players
