Jun 28,2021I'm really interested to know what logical reasoning skills mansionbet were using when they decided to revoke my eligibility to participate in offers due to me participating in their loyalty club promotion. There is something really quite ironic about receiving an email thanking me for my loyalty followed by another 2 hours later telling me I'm now exempt from promotions. Here's an idea, don't have a loyalty club if you don't actually want people to use it. If this is how you treat your customers, you've just lost one. I would encourage people to place their bets elsewhere. There are other companies who actually do reward customer loyalty.

Jun 25,2021It's not a coincidence that there 'happens' to be an issue with withdrawals for so many customers. They would not allow me to withdraw my balance (£10 stake and £30 winnings) until I provided an image of my debit card. Even then they still wouldn't permit me to withdraw the funds, using the same method I used for depositing. The verification team fail to respond to my emails, aside from automated messages. The live chat avoided answering my questions and instead recycled copy and paste scripts. Tried to palm me off on another department that 'would be in contact' but never did. One live chat personnel 'George' closed the chat on me twice after refusing to answer when I would hear back about my verification. (It had been 6 days by then) Mansionbet are such dodgy scammers!! Do not waste your time or money. There are plenty of bookies out there that are genuine. What are the odds that they'll copy and paste a response below saying that they cannot find my account and that I can contact the support team via email? (It doesn't matter, they won't payout).

Jun 25,2021i signed up with mansionbet a week ago for a bit fun on the euros football, i placed 4 bets then they kindly sent me an email telling me i couldnt participate in any of there offers and got no reason when i asked them why on live chat! the only offer i have taken from them is the free bet when i signed up, i find this very hard to swallow....goodbye EDIT. i contacted mansionbet after their reply to this and they finally responded weeks later with a reply that basically says i am a security risk to their billion pound empire with my £10 bet. this is their reply Dear John, This is Tony on behalf of MansionBet.com We apologise for the late response. Due to the global pandemic and the increased volumes of workflow, we're unable to answer each one in a timely manner. This decision has been made from our management team and our support team cannot provide details on it. Please note that promotion eligibility is at the sole discretion of MansionBet. Mansion may, equally, revoke or prohibit at its sole discretion, access to our various promotions and bonuses. While I understand it is a bit disappointing that you can't top up your account with promotional bonuses, on the bright side while playing only with your own funds, you won't be restricted with any wagering requirements or additional bonus terms and conditions related to game play or withdrawals. Basically, any wins that you have accumulated so far - you can withdrawal immediately. I contacted our security department but from what I can see, the decision has already been taken and I wasn't able to assist further. I apologise for the inconvenience again. Jun 24,2021I joined at the same time as a friend, placed a £10 bet on the football as the offer was for a further 2 free £10 bets. I thought it would be a bit of fun while watching the Euros but it's turned into a bit of a pain! After my first bet, I was emailed asking to upload my id documents before I could deposit further funds (or receive my free bets presumably) I uploaded all my documentation more than a week ago and it is still not verified. I had an email yesterday reminding me to upload docs so I replied that I have done it and they are there in my account. I also emailed after uploading last week and the automated reply said I would get a response within 24 hours. Nothing! No response! No message to let me know if there is any problems with the documents and still no free bets! I think the offer was bogus to get people to join and I bet most people give up before they get their free bets! Load of rubbish! AVOID!

Jun 22,2021I find this app really good although sometimes a bit laggy/glitchy! Have never had a problem with placing bets and quickly receiving my money back. The only thing I would potentially add is odds for a team to win the second half, as I looked for that once and I could not find it! Other than that, I’ve enjoyed my time here

Jun 20,2021I’ve been with Mansionbet a good few years now. Very good customer service and I have my own VIP Manger Shay who always looks after me with gifts and free bets. All the guys in customer services are great and a special mention to Dan who is a top guy. All in all would recommend for sports betting and casino etc.

Jun 18,2021I have had my account a while. made a deposit of £5k on my Santander debit card - played Blackjack and then wanted to w/d £14k. No bonuses were asked for. This is where the problems start. My account is fully verified and I have sent photos of my debit card front and back and and driving licence front and back and bank stmt for address. (I have been around a while and know why they do this) They process £5k as a refund to card and then say they cannot process the £9k as in quotes - my bank (Santander) will not allow it. I have in writing from webchat that my Santander 123 select account will not limit payments into my account! (I used to work for a bank and know this is not true!!) Then speak to another customer services agent and they suggest to add another card and then w/d and send them photos. Oh but they have not reversed the w/d so my live balance is zero and my w/d for £9k is still pending. Plus you wait for 30 min to get to an adviser. Not a good customer experience. ps see their statement on w/d from their website. start quote Nothing makes us happier than paying out a winner! Jun 15,2021I opened an account with mansion bet while on holiday I withdrew 1500 from my winnings 5 days ago I rung them today to be told they need quite a few documents before they can pay me all the while they were accepting my bets with a lot of hastle I have sent them what I could they are now saying it Will take 48 hours to even look at what I have sent them and they will come back to me if they were not happy because they hadn't received the documents they required Surely they should not accept my bets I would not reccomend using this company they are only interested in your money not paying you back I have now had to instruct lawyers to get my money at great expense this is meant to be fun I will keep you updated with my experience Gary Pinchen

Jun 14,2021I signed up for a new account as I was promised free bonus bets. I deposited via Paypal that was listed with debit cards. Nothing wrong with that you might say. But buried away in the small print that nobody reads anyway. A Paypal debit into account means no bonus. A simple warning and I would have used my debit card but as I had money just sitting in my Paypal account I thought would use it. So as far as I am concerned this is not a way to attract new business. I will not be using Mansion bet. So be warned.

Jun 14,2021Dodgy site. Even hahe to download there app via and apk on there website. But the worst bit is theyre system, servers are outdated and slow. Takes an age to uplaod and freezes and pauses! Pathetic! They take your money straight away, take forever to upload the screen and take up to 5 days to pay out! Now thats is unfair and shouldnt be aloud! Was only a new customer for a few hours and it made me sick to be on the site!

Jun 05,2021The worst gaming website there is. Most of their slot machines run into errors, some are even so outdated they shouldn't even be used on their website. Because some of the features just do not work. But don't worry, their customer service is also on par with their games, terrible. They read from a handy script to tell you how well the games are regulated on this website, yes that will put you at ease. Of course these sites are meant for you to lose, house always wins. But this website will not return anything, at all. Worst customer service, worst gaming experience ever. Avoid at all costs.

Jun 03,2021What a joke of a site, as many others have said. New account took weeks to get free bets and email replied too. Keeps logging me out not there fault must be my connection, so why so many other customers complaining. Couple win bets only small £100 and account restricted. Went on live chat to say account no good with restrictions on so they closed my account and cut off chat, cheeky. If you want somewhere for £5 on the National or Derby these may well be your site, easy deposit and withdrawals but not for serious punters.

Jun 03,2021Been doing the bet club, had some wins, got account restriceted, no more promos and same day got bet restriced also, man do they hate winners. This bookie hates winners and restricts your account faster than any other bookie, find somewhere else to be Look at the lame respose, no reasons why restrictions are applied, the usual canned response when a company wants to hide reasons, just proves how much they hate winners!
