Probably the worst online casino to register and play with. It takes multiple attempts to submit verification documents that meet their requirements - these are not all explained up-front. They take far too long to process withdrawals. The live chat is responsive, but forget about getting any response or acknowledgement to emails. They'll deny you sent them.

I am verified at over 10 mainstream casinos and bookmakers. Mansion bet is quite simply the worst time I've ever had verifying an account. As of now I am still.unverified, I have sent utility bill after utility bill, followed by a drivers licence, and then another utility bill.... they are beyond a joke. First because my address changed they rejected my utility bill from the same week and said we need an explanation of why the address is different. So I then sent them an email explaining it and further supplied my drivers licence. Low and behold they don't accept drivers licences for proof of address šŸ§šŸ˜³šŸ˜… they responded and I re sent them my utility bill. Still not verified. If by some miracle mansionbet is some crazy good betting site I kight update this to a 3 stars but at this point I'm losing hope of being verified 🤣🤣🤣 I rang up for an update and very nonchalantly was told all your documents are accepted you just need to wait for an email... you guys are just painfully slow. Avoid at all costs

17 days since I sent the last documents for proof of funds. It’s been almost 3 months all together but they keep asking for more documents. They say they’re on top of it but nothing changes. Customer service is close to none, and you’re very lucky if they reply to you within 5 days by email

A shambolic app to try and navigate and a really poor service received. I actually won a free bet competition on Twitter from this company but I still find myself dissatisfied with the process and service received. After winning the competition and messaging them my details, I didn’t receive a response for 3 days despite chasing them and the free bet wasn’t actually credited until 6 days after. When attempting to use the Ā£50 free bet error messages occurred which I did not understand. I then attempted to use Ā£10 worth of the free bet and this time the bet was placed, however when going back into my account the Ā£50 free bet had disappeared despite only using Ā£10 of it. After numerous conversations on twitter and live chat they finally agreed to give me the remaining Ā£40. I then went to place this on an accumulator that day, but once again received all sorts of error messages trying to place a bet. (This would have resulted in a large win). When speaking to customer service they said you cannot place any bets before providing two types of identification, even though I’d already placed bets that day. Shortly after I attempted to bet again and it took, resulting in a loss this time of course. A free bet competition which should’ve been a joyous moment instead made more hassle than it’s worth having to spend several hours on messaging service trying to resolve the numerous account issues. Missing out on hundreds due to an apparent ā€˜legal requirement’, as I’m sure they really need this months bank statement as they requested from me. And finally when expressing my concerns via Twitter DM they rudely ā€˜liked’ my message and that was that, no explanations or feedback. A painful app to use and a painful customer experience.

I decided to open a mansion bet account and was immediately advised my account had been verified, the message encouraged a deposit as a result, I decided to deposited Ā£400, I played for a bit and managed to win over Ā£100 and placed my bets for the following days football and left it. I attempted to log in the next day and received a message advising my account had been closed and to contact customer support, it was suggesting a live chat however you need to be logged in to do this so I’ve had to email them. I hadn’t received any explanation as to why my account was closed, however I sent in an email explaining what had happened and was responded with an email saying they would reply within 24 hours, no surprises guessing it has been way over that time with no response. My bets have settled and because my account was closed I didn’t have access to cash out and couldn’t monitor my spend. After saying my account was fully verified and encouraging a deposit I find it staggering that I haven’t even been advised as to why my account was closed. I’ve requested to withdraw the funds in my balance back in a couple of emails and I’m still awaiting a reply. Don’t use the site, just stick to the proper bookmakers who you know even if there’s issues with your account you can rely on a quick and helpful response. Mansion bet and their customer service as a whole represent a Mickey Mouse company. Maybe one day I’ll be advised as to why my account was closed šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

Okay, so if you think the welcome offer is actually a thing, think again, if I could post screen shots in here I would. But this is how it went. I deposited using a debit card, and I got a message after saying this payment method used means I will not receive the promotion. So anyway I went to love chat and they said that because I'm from halifax, I would not receive the promotion. He spoke about BIN ranges, what ever they are this is why I didn't get the promotion. He so said that I should have listened to the pop up before I deposited saying I wouldn't receive the bonus with this payment method, there was no prior pop up🤣🤣 Anyway he then proceeded to tell me that the payment methods accepted were 'visa, MasterCard, credit cards and PayPal'. I was so confused with the situation, in the end I understood their intentions, they bait new customers in with the welcome offers, to give out poor excuses why they can't have it, and I think they're expecting you to just lose the money as you've deposited it on there anyway. Poor effort at scamming, I'm withdrawing my money straight away and expecting to have to get in contact with the disputes team for this... Sigh... What some websites will go through to scam your money...

Do not use, I’m convinced they’re a scam. Will tell you to verify your identity until you do then they’ll ignore you in hope that you give up trying to get your withdrawals that you won fair and square.

Awful experience. Whenever you have a winning selection it doesn't have a tick or anything to confirm it won. For example, A treble for three different teams to win their games. It doesn't tell you if they lost or won.

Hi I guess i am not the only one who has waited for more then 2 months for my source of funds documents approval , countless calls and to be told , we are experiencing thousands of customers documents so is taking longer then usual , well it does not take 2 months to do this. I have tried live chat and same robots give me the same answer. i am beyond fed up of this process , all my documents are statements are recent and all within my means. Bet365 took 3 days to lift restrictions , and mansionbet employees take months.. My case manager Tom never responds , does he even exist? what a joke , i shall continue with the other bookmakers. your loss , something tells me that Mansionbet will lose there gambling license in the UK soon. Be aware everyone . They will take your money and run mark my words.

Scam company. Voided a bet after it won stating it wasn't placed in time...only voided 30 minutes after placed as that is when the bet actually settled!!!!. Would strongly advise don't bet with this company.

Pedantic and unprofessional. I submitted my government verified ID document to them, but that was not deemed acceptable. It was scanned at high resolution and all the text was very legible. I've had no problems creating accounts at several others Casinos. There's clearly something wrong about how they are conducting their new account checks. I certainly have nothing to hide, and do not have a shady past, but my interactions with them led me to believe there was some discrimination going on. They were not being transparent as to why my ID was deemed unsuitable for their validation processes. They just said the quality of my ID was insufficient. However, the document was scanned at ultra high definition. I know that because I have alot of commericial experience scanning documents over a number of years. My recommendation is to not waste your time creating an account with MansionBet - just sign-up with more established casinos who do not give you the runaround when trying to setup a new account. This is my honest review at the time of writing this. I sincerely hope you would have less hassle than me if you do decide to open an account with them.

In response to my "Beware the Free Bet Offer" Mansion Bet stated stated "We would like to review the case further, however we are unable to locate your account and therefore would suggest you contact us via customer support" I contacted support and received an automated message giving me the reference number SR00629950 and stating they hoped to respond within 24 hours. Despite a reminder no response a week later. I'll be emailing CEO Karel Manasco to put him on notice of how his firm operates.

Looking at these reviews I noticed that everyone that’s got/issue Mansion bet majority of the time reply’s ā€œSorry we were unable to locate your accountā€, So Mansion bet in their own words are admitting to all these lost accounts???! I shall stay clear from now on.

I opened a new account with Mansionbet bet on Tuesday 3rd August, initially I was asked for proof of ID and address this I provided by way of passport and utility bill . I made an initial deposit of Ā£40 which was matched with a 100% bonus offer . After losing my initial stake of Ā£40 I proceeded to use bonus funds which had to be reused 20 times of Ā£40 bonus (Ā£800) I managed to win and made 3 withdrawals of Ā£200 , Ā£40 and Ā£40 on Wednesday 4th August and funds were in my account on the morning of Thursday 5th August . Around lunchtime on the 5th August I deposited Ā£108 back into account and had a bet of Ā£13 leaving a balance of Ā£95.01 I then tried to access my account and it came up ā€œ access denied contact customer service ā€œ This I’ve done and was told account had gone for a review this I find ludicrous as account was only opened 2 days previous. I managed to get through to customer service in Gibraltar which was a complete waste of time ! This was on Thursday and Friday and was told awaiting decision on review. I’ve told customer service I’m not interested in review and I just want my balance Ā£95.01 transferred back to my card they say there’s nothing they can do until review and that review team has gone home for the weekend. This is an absolute joke I most definitely won’t be using Mansionbet again and would strongly advise anyone looking to open an account with them to look elsewhere. I await my funds ! I have played and registered with a number of gaming sites however, I must admit that my experience with Mansion bet up to now has been 1st class. The bonus scheme seems to reward regular users and seem to value your custom. Only slight complaint is that it's taken over a week to go through a verification process which has been a bit frustrating.
