I can only give my my honest opinion I joined yesterday after reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive anyway won £340 withdrew it was in my account yesterday evening. Today lost at first but won £580 again it’s just cleared in my account no problems at all. Seems a very genuine site I only do horse racing don’t touch games/casinos so can’t comment on that, but I have found them to be very fast at paying out with no problems EDIT I said I would give a honest opinion further to my review above I may of been very hasty, I have a withdrawal of £800 and a balance of £456 so 1,300 in total nearly,all of a sudden account closed speak to security team very strange as I placed a bet on the 7.23 Newcastle dogs and the security team leave at 5pm. So if my account was closed by them why could I place a bet 2-half hours after they left. I’m not going to call them a scam company until I get to the bottom of this also would like someone to call me or email, I have had no explanation of why it’s closed my username is Mancity30 please can you give me an answer I have screenshots of my bets deposits/ withdrawals and pending transactions with bet I’d numbers. I will update on here accordingly when I find out the reason in the meantime I would be very careful and read the reviews properly before you deposit if you want to close my account that’s fine just release my pending withdrawal and balance in my account you took the bets and my deposits now honour your side many thanks Update apparently I had self excluded a while back can’t remember if I did or did not has I’ve had a stroke since then and my memory isn’t great, anyway I’ve emailed ibas and spoke to the gambling Commission mansion bet verified me and let me deposit and withdraw no problems I screen shot the bets id numbers and deposits apparently it was a good thing to do as I have all the information the company’s will need on my part. Mansion bet took 720 out of my bank yesterday and I should have got just under £1,300 back they’ve kept the lot so it’s theft. Please please be careful with this company I’ve not had an email or phone call to discuss anything I sent my mobility letter off as prove of address so they know I have medical issues ie a bleed on the brain I will fight this all the way as I feel I have been badly let down verified able to deposit/ withdraw then robbed thanks hope this review helps others

Absolutely TERRIBLE, as with others, after losing my first bet, i won 1 of my 4 free bets, i then receive email telling me i won't be getting anymore promotions, once i withdrew my balance including £12 profit, i terminated my account. DON'T WASTE you time with these people... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 11/5/21 your response is typical of a company badly run and with no idea on how to engage with your customers, PaddyPower, Ladbrokes etc... all engage in a positive experience with their customers, my experience with you lot was negative from day one, it's almost like you don't want any customers to stay. OMG. I joined Mansion Bet just a week ago. Bet £10 to get £20 free bets. OK... £10 lost bet, of the 4 £5 Free Bets I placed, only 1 won and returned £22.50.... OK, so I am £12.50 up... Next thing I get an email saying no more promotions ever... What The Actual..... Customer services answer. we are allowed to do this... My answer, thanks for the £12.50, please close my account. Wish I had read their TrustPilot rating before joining...

Very poor. Signed up a week ago, won one bet out of five, and then received an email saying they had taken the decision 'to revoke your eligibility to participate in promotions and receive bonuses and/or free bets.' Having played with SkyBet and Bet365 for countless years, I have never ever been treated like this. Needless to say I will be withdrawing the money I have put into my account and using it elsewhere.
I would give 0 if possible. Awful conduct and they don’t even comply with the terms of their own promotions.
The worst of them all, avoid at all cost. They ask you to verify your account, you send all the documents and then wait and then when you try to follow up they request the same documents again. When you try to explain that you have already sent what they requested they send you an email saying your account is blocked as though you stole something..... it a s*ithole. If I could give a minus I would, they do not deserve any business.

Not a very broad game selection, but some good games in there. Generally no problems until it came down to withdrawal. I withdrew £150 no problem, then made a further withdrawal of £100 on a wednesday and was asked to verify (not an issue, an industry standard CDD/KYC requirement) I provided, was informed that my account had been verified on the Friday and made another withdrawal on that day. Checked the following day and my withdrawals were still in pending. Contacted CS by live chat and was informed they would be processed on Monday because they can't process withdrawals on weekends. Advised that with bank processing times that could be more than 7 days after requesting the withdrawal and 5 days after receiving confirmation of verification until my funds were recieved which is a long time by industry standards - was informed that they are following "strict rules" and this is why they advise a 5 working day timeline. There are no rules that indicate whatsoever that you can't process withdrawals on a weekend, almost every other operator does it, if it's your policy/process, tell your players that instead of trying to fob them off with lies about rules and regulation. My CS agent (Valerie) was otherwise helpful, but with ridiculously long wait times to receive funds, I doubt I will be playing with Mansion any longer.

asked me to verify my account a week after withdrawing money, refused to accept several attempts to verify identity despite providing photos of myself passport and bills, absolutely ridiculous behaviour, then after making three complaints they verified my account and sent the money I withdrew 3 weeks earlier, fast forward another month and they randomly decided to revoke all access to future promotions with no reason provide, awful awful company. Further to Mansionbets response of "With regards to withdrawals, please not that we require specific documentation to meet our regulatory obligations, which we prompt you for when you create your account." you didn't prompt me to send relevant ID when my account was created, you stopped my withdrawal and a week later asked for ID and then failed to accept correct documentation on 3 occasions until I submitted a further 3 complaints, I'll repeat again, awful awful company.
Dont honour promotions no customer service have not responded to any emails sent. Are they even legitimate company? Reporting to gambling commision. Send me emails re free bets never honour the free bet. When email them no response ever. Reported

May 12,2021First couple of withdrawals worked fine (account verified) but then when it came to withdrawing a four figure sum there was a very anxious wait. Took over a week of no news before I received some correspondence asking for documents. I complied but then was told the documents were low quality images (accepted at every other reputable bookmaker) despite being taken with a high quality camera. I resent more documents and then they finally processed the payments but went about it in a very strange way citing AML regulations they refunded deposits and paid winnings separately. All in all the process took 12 days after my withdrawal request but I’m just relieved they paid as after reading the comments on here I thought that was the last I’d seen of it. I’ve seen a lot of ppl here complaining about the bonus sign up but I honestly didn’t even use that so can’t comment there. They have decent offering on markets but the site ux can be strange with login glitches and the experience of slow withdrawal has scared me off as they don’t seem to understand customer service. I’ve read reports of accounts being closed and then the only way to speak to live chat is after logging in which defeats the purpose once your account is closed. All in all I’d be extremely cautious about anyone depositing as there’s a good chance you’re account will be closed with funds in there and no way to contact them to withdraw.
