May 14,2023I have just had my hair transplant with MCAN, this is something that has bothered me for a long time and made me very self conscious. The service I received from MCAN is second to non, from the drivers to the doctors and everyone in-between they treat you with such warmth and respect making you feel very welcome and relaxed I received 4300 grafts and so far I am very happy with the results, I am very excited to go through the hair growth process and watch my confidence Build back up Thank you for everything and I will keep you posted on my progress

May 12,2023I came to Istanbul for BBL and till now I dont regret it. The Doctor, nurses and staff were very friendly and competently. I felt very comfortable in every minute. I stayed in the Ibis Hotel. It was clean, cozy and the breakfast was good! In general I am very happy that I decided to work with MCAN!

May 10,2023i have recently visited MCAN for a hair transplant and cannot fault the planning of the transfers to the hotel..the hotel was Ibis and it was a really great clean and friendly hotel. there was communication from the very happy Farnaz at all times and the pick up to clinic went smoothly. The staff were all helpful and professional and i was very happy with the procedure and five days into it i am still excited with the results. The only reason i am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that they struggled to take enough grafts from the donor area. i was estimated on invoice of up to 5000 and they managed to take 3200, i was then given the option to have taken more grafts from the beard area , however this would cost a further $250 and i had to pay up immediately and suffer the 18% card surcharge as they would not let me pay cash the following day on the follow up which left me feeling a bit undervalued as a customer. but apart from that it was a very smooth and have nothing but praise for all the staff that dealt with me ..thank you :-)

May 10,2023Came from Toronto to get my teeth fixed. I’ve been waiting almost 10 years and after all the delay and built up anxiety, MCAN and especially Farnaz kept me from losing my mind. The service in SO amazing. From the video calls to detailed explanations for the best option. Dr. Diaz and all the staff at the clinic really ensure the best experience for the customer. From the airport transfer to getting in the chair, I’ve never felt so confident in a dental company. After 6 extractions and 2 root canals, I barely felt a thing. Recovery was very quick and they cured all my sensitivity issues. No pain at all! Thank you to Alana Clinic and MCAN for all the outstanding work. I can’t wait to smile for the rest of my life now.

May 10,2023Arrived home yesterday following my second visit to MCAN for the hair transplant procedure- the fact that it was my second visit should tell you loads about how much I trust and value their service. For those who are researching whether or not to go to MCAN, and perhaps are worried about going abroad for treatment, let me put your mind at ease. MCAN are so professional in their approach, their helpful customer service team will arrange everything for you which includes a driver to meet you from the airport, arranging your hotel, picking you up from the hotel (and dropping you back) once you've had the transplant, and then taking you back to the airport via the clinic (for a final check up) before you fly home. You will save lots of money by opting to go to MCAN for your treatment instead of staying in the UK for it, indeed, I was able to have two transplants (I had advanced male pattern baldness) for less than the price of one in the UK. You're possibly concerned about how clean the clinic is? Worry not, their standards of cleanliness are on a par if not higher than the UK! You may be worried about the language barrier? Once again, don't worry - they have a customer service rep who will translate what is going to happen and all the care and treatment you will receive (big shout out to Saba who took great care of me!!). You may be concerned that the treatment isn't the same as what you'd get in the UK? The procedure is the same the world over, only with MCAN and having it done in Istanbul, you will save a packet! Having now experienced this for a second time, here's a few insider tips: 1: Don't feel self-conscious, Istanbul is set up for cosmetic tourism, you will not be the only one walking around town or at the departure lounge who has had some treatment. 2: Be sure to wear button t-shirts or shirts, this is really important as you will not want to be pulling a t-shirt or v neck over your head! 3: Learn a little Turkish language, you will not believe how even the simplest phrases such as 'please' and 'thank you' get you massive respect. 4: If you can, make sure to buy 'fast track' (or go business class with Turkish Airlines) for your flight home. I did this for my second visit and can tell you that you absolutely fly through all the security checks, whereas the first time I visited it took ages! Finally I just want to say a big 'thank you' to all of the MCAN staff, their standards of professionalism and care are of the very highest standard - but especially to Saba who was so lovely, professional and warm, she really is a credit to the team.

It was my first time getting an elective surgery out of the U.S. I was nervous ,however, Saba and Nurhan made me feel sooo much at ease! It brings me to tears of joy just thinking about how nurturing, patient, and caring they were with me🙏🏽❤️ My doctor, the nurses, the entire staff are absolutely amazing, beautiful, caring people and I have absolutely NO regrets by choosing this company! This will not be my last time here! I will continue to come to them for my cosmetic needs! They are the best and I recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional experience!! I love them dearly😘🥰💕

May 06,2023Got to the Istanbul Airport via Stockholm. The following day I got picked up from Grand Cevahir hotel, then was driven to MCAN clinic for my Hair Implant surgery. From the time I arrived until the end of my procedure, the entire staff was superb. The pre-arranged hotel, drivers, consultation and medical staff made me feel comfortable. I’m happy to have selected mcan for my medical journey. I can’t thank you enough.

All of the staff were extremely warm and friendly as well. Travelling to a different country for a medical procedure is a nerve-racking experience, but they made it a pleasant one.

May 03,2023I have had my vaser liposuction with mcan health and I am really happy to have chosen them. Everything was well planned, I got taking care off very well. The drivers were so friendly and fun and the nurses were so lovely and kind. I flew to Istanbul by myself and they didn’t make me feel like I’m alone. I stayed one night in the hospital and the rest of the days in the hotels. I got visited once a day from a nurse that looked after me and it was perfectz The surgery itself wasn’t painful at all.. you just feel stiff and sore and this feeling eventually disappears from day to day. I’m two week post op and I am already very fit and well off. And I feel better every day.I can only recommend mcan health and can’t wait to see my final result within a few month. It looks already amazing now and I’m so happy with my desicion. Thank you guys ! Xx eva

May 16,2023I must say that MCAN was fantastic and gave A1 service from start to finish despite the fact that this was my first hair transplant and I was rather worried about the entire surgery. My hair was entirely transformed by the hair transplant, which was great. Throughout your hair transplant, you can expect friendly, professional service with excellent outcomes.
