Oct 18,2024My hair transplantation operation was performed by Sedef Celbis on January 29, 2023. We met twice before the operation. During these meetings, he told me that he would close the gap on my head and that my hair density would be very good, especially in the front. He washed it on the 10th day after the transplantation and there was no further contact. I guess I don't need to say that the result was terrible? An operation such as hair transplantation requires regular follow-up. He stopped tracking completely after the 10th day of washing. Of course, he did not take responsibility when we told him that the result was bad! I definitely recommend you stay away. I would especially recommend that patients coming from abroad take this into consideration.

I had the opportunity of accompany a friend for her surgery in 2023 and had first view of how MCAN team, the Doctors and facilities are top quality. When the time came for my gastric sleeve surgery I was confident that I would get the same treatment and I wasn't disappointed. From the first contact with Seyma ,to Omer the driver that pick me from the airport, to my super professional and lovely nurses Buse, Cansu and Hilal that went above and beyond to make me feel safe, protected and cared for. To the very competent Doctor and his team that perform the surgery making sure I felt I was in good hands and always available to provide all the information and post-care assistance required I want to thank you all for your generosity. I would definitely come back in the future.

The dentist took the time to explain each step of the procedure, which eased my anxiety. The office was clean and well-organized, and I appreciated the modern equipment. Oct 10,2024My experience from beginning to end I couldn't fault. Arda was very good making sure I was happy with all treatments and price and booked everything for me. The nurse Selin was so caring and calm. She send all information I needed so I could read through at home beforehand. She came the hospital with me and translated everything while I was doing my consent and didn't leave until I went to theatre. Selin is so caring and constantly checking in on me all the time she's so kind. Hotel was average but staff were very helpful and the transfer Ömer was always on time for appointments. I would definitely recommend MCAN and I'm the future if I need other treatments I would definitely go back to them

Oct 08,2024I enquired about a thigh lift and liposuction via instagram and continued my enquiry through WhatsApp. The price I was given I was told included a companion, where there are no hidden costs and all I was responsible for was booking my flights. My itinerary arrived which didn’t include the liposuction. I enquired about this and was told this was included in the price. The surgeon came to assess me and drew me up, as I am sat on the bed in my gown, I was told I needed to pay extra for the liposuction. I disputed this and showed the Mcan rep the text messages I had to confirm liposuction was included in the package I paid. She said because I needed more than 1litre of fat removing I needed to pay an additional fee of €1,400, the surgeon said I needed it and wouldn’t perform the surgery without it. I refused to pay and they said the surgeon agreed to pay it, but could I pay the hospital fee of €750, which I reluctantly agreed to pay. When I was discharged from the Dr, he told me he took less than 1 litre of fat from each leg, so it sounds like I paid the additional fee for nothing which is very disappointing. The hospital stay its self was excellent, the hospital was spotless and the nurses couldn’t do enough for me. The hotel was a mixture, the lobby and building its self was lovely but the rooms were shabby and not what I expected. I had to pay an extra £35 per night to have a companion stay with me and had to pay for my medication, on top of my package fee. My experience with Mcan is that there are hidden fees, this really impacted on my experience and I would think twice about booking with them again.

No solo cambiaron mi vida sino que me devolvieron mi seguridad, autoestima ya que se mejoró mucho mi imagen, he viajado dos veces y ambos procedimientos han sido exitosos. Recalco la calidad humana, la seguridad, el servicio al cliente. Todo el personal de la clínica muy atento cuidando de cada detalle. No tengo como agradecer lo que han hecho por mi, el costo no supera todo lo que he recibido durante mi estadía! Gracias MC Can.

Oct 05,2024I had a tummy tuck with Mcan, Arda who explained everything about my surgery and put my mind at ease with all my questions, he arranged the hotel and transport which was perfect. Dr Dundar and Cansu my nurse are both amazing and talented people. After my surgery, I was happy and finally done what I wanted for long time. I had 2 lymphatic massage with Hilal, she is amazing and very skilled in her role.The clinic is very clean and the staff are very polite. My experience was amazing.

Cansu is particularly skilled in prioritising her workload to meet the dynamic and complex needs our patients. Cansu shows exceptional attention to detail trough the precision and accuracy of her documentation. Very big thanks to surgeon Serhat Dundar who make me satisfied with my look. Ömer fue mi conductor y fue muy bueno conmigo, super puntual. El hotel que escogieron para mí estuvo genial "Dedeman", muy bien situado para hacer un poco de turismo. En general super satisfecha, lo recomendaré.
