Apr 11,2022Great selection of authentic Mexican products. I'm originally from texas and had spent many years longing for the flavours of our state's neighbor! Have bought from site a few times, first time I had a browse and added stuff to basket, but left it when I saw shipping charges. They contacted me asking why I didn't complete purchase. I explained about the high shipping charge, so they took the time and effort to find another cheaper shipping method, excellent customer service! Will always continue to shop here

I can get all the ingredients, spices, chÃle, and tools I use every single day, plus they have an exceptional range of liquor and sweets. I shop here all the time. Not only is their product range excellent, but their customer service is remarkable. I cannot say enough good things about mexgrocer. They bring a bit of mexico into my kitchen, I would be lost without them.

Apr 01,2022I came across a series of Mexican soda drinks in a local store, and was redirected to Mexgrocer by a friend to get them at a better price. I found a business with a tremendous layout, easy to find products, great descriptions, and a simple ordering process. Unfortunately my first order was destroyed in transit (absolutely not the fault of Mexgrocer), but they contacted me at least two hours before the delivery firm did and got a full replacement order sent out to me the next morning. Arrived in perfect condition and everything accounted for. The customer service at Mexgrocer is outstanding; friendly, courteous, charming, and empathetic. I've added them to my list of must-use platforms and will be back to order more Jarritos drinks soon. Thanks Mexgrocer, and thank you for the 10/10 customer support from Adriana! Adam
