Feb 01,2021I was supposed to receive the parcel on Tuesday January 26th and I didn’t get it until Saturday 29th. I had a lot of problems with the delivery, twice it was shipped in the wrong van and afterwards, I was not allowed to pick up my parcel because I was never sent the pick up code. The products I bought were fine and I was very happy to be able to get Maestro Dobel in the UK.

Feb 01,2021Brilliant find for all things Mexican groceries. Massive selection of items that you just can’t buy in the UK. Well priced too considering the goods are imported. I had some questions about some of their items and received a quick and detailed reply with answers and suggestions. Ordered a whole range of goodies that were dispatched promptly and delivered by DHL within 2 days. Items were packaged securely and most importantly were as described and taste good! Would highly recommend.

Got to check out, £12 delivery to the Scottish Highlands. The most absurd thing is that they will ship around Europe for not much more. Ordered from amazon instead

Jan 06,2021Giving 3 starts because the webpage makes it difficult and tedious to make an order. When I was about to check out and after I logged into my mexgrocer account, ALL the products I had added to the basket got deleted. This was very frustrating. Also when you want to add more than 1 product it does not work properly. Other than that the products arrived on time, very fast delivery, and it is a good deal to get free delivery. The products are great and Mexican authentic, everything arrived in one piece specially the tostadas.

However when I opened it up, everything was there, packed carefully and compactly, with fragile goods given extra protection. Everything was delicious, but I'm most fond of the tostadas we ordered.
