Packaging is excellent, everything was wrapped up well in compostable/recyclable packaging only, no plastic at all. Can get excellent short dated bargains, and they even gave us free items.

Oct 10,20212 parter, First off to be fair, order was delivered promptly and well packaged. I was then told if I reviewed 10 items (which i did) and notified them them that i had done this (which i did) i would receive a £10 voucher to use on my next order. This is where it falls apart, in the last 3 months i have not had a single reply to any message, shame as was looking to use them regularly, I'm not greedy but why make an offer when you neither will honour it or even have the decency to respond, So no more orders, shame. 12/10/2021 I resent the email yesterday and just now, please respond
