Mar 15,2022Mexgrocer's customer service was perhaps the best I've ever had here in the UK. Adriana Serrano, who dealt with my problem was FANTASTIC. DPD were due to deliver my order and the driver never showed up and then claimed that I was not home; he/she did not ring my bell or knock, nor left a delivery card. I was home waiting. They then sent me a message saying my package was ready for pick up at a local store. I went to get it and it was not there. Adriana called me several times, called DPD, followed up and went out of her way to make sure that I received my package. She was kind, professional, understanding, and incredibly helpful. She made all the difference in the world. I finally got my package and the order was intact. Thank you Mexgrocer for such an incredible customer service experience! It is experiences like these that makes a customer want to come back for more.
