Feb 17,2025I paid for a "Surplus Raw Vintage Stonesbury Jacket Brown" in a Size Large for £60.99 (not a small amount of money for me) on Sunday 9th February. I patiently waited for an email saying it was dispatched or for the item to be delivered, as according to their website it says shipped within 24 hours. However by Thursday 13th February still nothing from them. So on Thursday I emailed them to ask what was going on with my order and it is now Sunday 16th February and no email from them. Very upset with this company that I have brought from before, but have had one other problem with them before not sending the item or replying to me.

Feb 10,2025Made an order from this company paid nearly £7 to have 24hr delivery ! Didn't receive my order emailed several times no response from them an still nearly 2 weeks on no order no communication I've had to go else where for the boots so I've had to pay out twice !! And now in contact with my bank to get my money back from these people ! AVOID !!!

Jan 16,2025Would be zero stars if that was an option. Haven’t received the goods I ordered and paid for - stupidly paid for next day delivery too. The phone number on the website is invalid and I have had no response to emails I have sent enquiring where my order is. The website looks very genuine and Military Ops Ltd is registered at Companies House but don’t be fooled.

Jan 16,2025Placed order on 8th Jan. after 3 days still no delivery or order updates. Phone line dead and no replies to several emails. 15th Jan had to request money back via bank. Not sure this company is even trading any more?

Jan 11,2025Unfortunately not possible to leave 0 star review. TShirts ordered 30th Dec still "Awaiting Fulfilment" on 10th Jan. "Fast and Free delivery" - Apparently not. Unable to get any response from this company. Two emails querying what is going on with this order: No reply to either. Tried the "Need Help" phone number 0161 336 5924 and just get the message "you have dialled an incorrect number" so that is worrying. Looks like I now have to try and get money back via the bank from a company that appears to exist only as a website that takes money from people. Just £70 in my case but this company still have their website up with some high price items supposedly available and seem happy to take the money and not supply the goods. Based on my experience I would not recommend risking any substantial amount of money attempting to purchase from these people.

Dec 22,2024I ordered a coat for my husband for Chrismas and it never came, i tried calling but number wasn't in service, sent emails no reply I am very disappointed with this company and will never order from them again, I am now trying to get my money back from the bank, as the coat wasn't cheap, I will certainly take this matter further, as I wouldn't want this to happen to anybody else very disappointed.
