May 01,2024The webbing I purchased doesn’t work very well in the fact none of the fasteners work. I paid for 24 hour shipping and got it 3 days later. I tried to phone them but apparently the phone line doesn’t work and finally they do not answer emails so pretty much useless. Your better off spending the little extra at more reliable online store and getting the quality product and customer service.

Mar 27,2024I ordered and paid for the item, only to be informed the following day that said item was out of stock. My money was refunded promptly, but when I checked the website the following day, the item was still showing as In Stock.

Mar 12,2024The items were delivered promptly. I would of given 4 stars but 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock. They should of kept upto date with what stock they had but they did reimburse me straight away, so on the whole I was happy...ish.

Tried the number linked to the transaction on my online banking and that's a completely different company. They emailed back to say that their website isn't "live" and phone line cut off to save money... Rings too many alarms for me

Jan 30,2024I ordered 3 pairs of shorts, went through and paid for them, a week orcso later got an email that 2 of them were out of stock and they had issued a refund. Went back on to the site and ordered and paid for 2 pairs of shorts I ly ti be told a week later that one pair was out of stock. They need to update their website to reflect any items that are out of stock and having to issue refunds.

Dec 17,2023Placed an order (Christmas gift) for an item stated to be in stock and duly paid. Week later receive an email to say order cancelled as item no longer in stock. Pretty poor stock control and service leaving it virtually a week later to notify me, and I still haven’t been reimbursed! I am very unlikely to shop with you again.
