Jan 27,2022Absolutely shocking admin! Order placed before Christmas. Only part arrived. I’ve sent 5/6 emails and had one in return. Zero response from landline, £14 of kit missing. Maybe not much to most, but to my cadet and staff member that have paid for the items, not good!! I am sick of this. I expect phone comms within 24hrs advising me that my kit is en route or I will be following this up. For verification my Order Number is: 595979

Jan 27,2022Ordered two gorgeous jackets for my nephews and received an email immediately thanking me for my order. Next day I received a ‘tracking’ link which does not work. After countless of emails, I have not received my parcel or had any response to my emails. They also don’t answer their phone. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Jan 23,2022I placed an order for a pair of as new boots on 10 Jan 22 and my order was updated to sent item on 12 Jan 22. Having not received them on the 17 Jan 22 I tried contacting the company by phone, email and direct messaging on their website to get a tracking number to no avail. I then contacted PayPal on 20 Jan 22 to raise a dispute and escalated it the next day. PayPal got a response within a day with a tracking number for parcel2go that said my item was in transit. I received the boots today on 21 Jan 22 and although I wouldn't describe them as new, they are in excellent condition with minimal wear and after a thorough polishing and treating with dubbin they look and feel a superb boot. I won't be ever purchasing anything else from them as like many others have stated on here their customer service is nonexistent.

Jan 21,2022I would highly recommend you avoid this company like the plague, possibly the worst company I have ever encountered, They sent me a £80 pair of boots with so many faults I would be reluctant to pay £20 for them, I returned them and they wouldn't give me a refund! I don't think they understand the consumer rights act on returns of faulty goods, return within 30 days for a full refund! Use this company with your peril.

Jan 17,2022I purchased one of their parkas on 28 December after 1 week no delivery they sent an e mail to say it had been dispatched, 1 week latter no parka sent 4 e mails they replied to say they would send another 1 week later again no parkas have tried to telephone it just rings out have sent e mail this morning to say i will inform trading standards in their area. I have just received an e mail they say that they are having stock problems and have offered me a refund, lets wait and see if they do what they have said then i will let every one know. After all my chasing they said it was a stock problem but i have received a full refund.

Jan 11,2022Ordered new boots for work on 29th December. It said free delivery 24/48 hours. I needed boots quick, but understood its Christmas so expected them to be a little late. Have sent about 7 emails, and tried phoning but nothing. No response no boots and £100 down. Have now had to buy other boots which cost another £50. Would not use this company at all.

Jan 11,2022Surprisingly I received my order this morning. I wrote a review previously and agreed with the other customers to believe it's a fake company. I have prepared not to receive the item I ordered but suddenly it came through the letter box. I know it's been over a week and supposed to be 48 hours delivery but still better than never arrived.

Jan 09,2022You don't deserve 1 star, the parcel in question HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I've phoned, emailed, and got pay pal to contact them, the next day I had an email asking to rate the product. I have a YOUTUBE CHANNEL which is growing with subscribers every day, this company military ops will be exposed of what you've done to me guaranteed If I don't get me money back, and I have the screen grabs off the emails as well. (#2025293) Had the refund. Your lucky you did this, I had the video sequence in my mind from parcel not arriving, phoning-just rings out,, emailing,, FB messenger,, star ratings email,, complaint vir pay pal and the next day an email saying rate the product.. plus including screen shots.. I then wrote the top half of this. I get 1 million views,, you made the right move with the refund.

Jan 08,2022I ordered something on the 21st November, said it was posted on the 22nd but the tracking link didn’t work. Left it a while and assumed it was late due to the xmas post but after numerous calls and texts I heard nothing. About to put forward a claim but found a mob no on my hubby’s cc! I WhatsApp’d it, they replied instantly and low and behold I received my goods! I can’t post this on fb as they’ve blocked all comments but try 07845 277591 and hopefully it’ll be sorted. Would NEVER use them again as cust service was shocking and I’m obv not the only one!
