Jan 20,2023Update... Ok, so it's just come on same day as reviewed. Guys, respond to emails and provide a track, seems to be a common theme looking at reviews..... In fairness, product is as ordered, so thank you for that. ** AVOID ** Ordered 13th Jan, got an auto confirmation email, not heard from since. No track, no response to several emails. Paid by Klarna so will go trough them and Bank to get money back. Hate companies like this, they're a waste of time. Trading Standards will be informed too.

Dec 14,2022AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Despite numerous emails to this company surrounding an order I had placed - big mistake on my part - without getting any response whatsoever. I finally had had enough and cancelled order, requesting a full refund. Lo, and behold, the goods turn up, at the same time as two emails confirming dispatch & DELIVERY [how did they know that without any tracking assigned?]. Company refuses to accept cancellation as order has been delivered. Will now take legal action to recover my money. Trading Standards should be informed of this company.

Dec 10,2022'Add to cart' seems to be available for everything ... nothing shows as out of stock or back ordered. I ordered an item then 6 days later the status changed to 'refunded'... presumably because it wasn't actually available.

Dec 01,2022Beware! The contact telephone for this company does not exist. The website process was easy and I ordered the item fine, was sent an email saying it had been despatched but no tracking info even though it was supposed to be sent via a tracked method. I logged into my account and sent a message asking where the item was, but never received a response. I then tried to phone but discovered the number doesn't exist. I then read other reviews and realised I should have done that before ordering! I emailed and said that I needed either information on the order or a refund. 18 days later, and just as I was starting a claim for a fraudulent transaction as I was at the 30 day mark, I finally got a response saying a refund would be processed but with no other explanation. Happy to have received the refund, but will definitely not be ordering from this site again

Dec 01,2022I thought this was next day delivery but over a week and nothing. Phone number is not working. No reply to email. Will my item arrive? I fortunately used Klarna so will hopefully have recourse through them if nothing arrived by Saturday, according to their t&cs.

Nov 19,2022Absolutely awful- avoid at all costs! Ordered some items under the impression that I would get next day delivery as I ordered before 1pm. A week and a half later, the parcel shows up (is what it is, delivery can be variable, I thought). Opened parcel to only find half of my order there. The items that were there, the apparently ‘brand new’ clothing items, ripped and in an incredibly bad quality. I contacted the company regarding the missing part of my order- no reply. I can only assume they expected me to still pay? Nope. I tried to ring, incorrect number. Surprised? Nope. I contacted klarna to report an issue. I continuously emailed MilitaryOps. Conveniently after reporting this issue to klarna, they decided to email back in the most unprofessional sense, stating that the missing items were out of stock. I returned the other items and I’m waiting for MilitaryOps to state they have been returned and will refund (luckily I got delivery proof on the return!). Do not order from here. Seriously. How is this company even trading anymore?

Oct 25,2022AVOID THIS SELLER! Sent a very incomplete order with items missing and damaged. Does not respond to e-mails. Phone number is either dead or fake. I'm now out of pocket and will be pursuing a legal resolution.
