Dec 13,2024Waited over a week, nothing has arrived. I have tried emailing, no reply, telephone number also doesn’t work off the website. If nothing arrives I’ll claim the money back through my credit card company.

Nov 28,2024Take the money from your account the moment you confirm the order, most places take the money when the order is actually sent. Then suprise suprise like many here have mentioned you can't get any response from them. They have had a sign on a building in Manchester for 10 years. Surely trading standards should have called there by now. Why run an actual company when you can just pretend and take money for nothing.

Sep 04,2024I was a little surprised that your website allowed me to order and pay for an item that was out of stock. Admittedly I did get a refund the following day but still slightly annoying. It would have been nice if the response had said that we will email you when the item is back in stock….

Aug 03,2024Order hasn't arrived since 16th July. 48hr tracked royal mail. Phone number doesn't exist and no reply via Facebook or email. I'm not local so it looks like I have lost out here

Jul 25,2024I ordered 2 items both of which were returned - one item to be exchanged for another size and the other to be returned for refund. The exchanged item was received but a month later I still haven’t received my refund despite multiple requests for updates. I have had no replies to any of the emails I have sent and will need to contact my bank to get this sorted.
