Mar 27,2022If only i could give zero stars. Wish i had read the reviews prior to ordering as it seems i am recieving the same awful customer service experience as most. I paid for 24hr delivery via royal mail. No parcel 1 week later despite having recieved dispatch email. Link in email does not work. No response to emails or phone calls. Simply avoid at all costs.

Mar 18,2022Most of the equipment ordered never arrived with varying excuses. 24hr express delivery was 4 days and missing items. Refunds received less the monies for 24hr delivery.... If you are desperate for equipment find someone else as these people will let you down at every turn and likely to sell you're limited item orders to the highest seller.... Poorest service I've EVER received.

Feb 23,2022Item did not arrive despite having been ‘dispatched’. No response to emails. Thankfully I had paid via PayPal so was not it of pocket. Now I see this is not uncommon. EDIT I subsequently received stock totally generic emails saying the dispatch notification was an error and sadly the item was now out of stock. I was offered a refund or I could wait until it was back in stock. Pretty weird as I already had refund courtesy of PayPal and the item was still showing as available on the website. Shambles or fraud? I know which I think it is. I wouldn’t touch them.

Feb 18,2022Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, lesson learnt. Ordered boots 11th Feb but knew they wouldn’t be sent until Monday 14th when I received an email saying they’d been sent, all good so far but then went downhill from there. Tracking link didn’t work & phone never answered, was just thinking ‘that’s it, money lost 😡) when low & behold they’ve just turned up. The boots themselves are of excellent quality & are exactly what I ordered, this is what the 2* is for - just hope they fit.! I can’t be doing with the rigmarole of returning them & getting a refund. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from this company again
