Oct 19,2021Ordered a pair of boots 2 weeks ago and received an email saying they had been dispatched without any tracking information. Tried many times a day to call but it just rings out. No response to emails or paypal dispute. Still no response or my order. If they are having issues then let people know about it and don't just ignore them. Awful customer service and i wish i could give zero stars.

Oct 14,2021I ordered boots end of September 2021. I have tried to contact military ops repeatedly with no response at all. I have not received the product or can get hold of anyone to find out. Poor service

Oct 10,2021Avoid at all cost . I ordered a shirt and boots , only the shirt arrived , I had to go through paypal to get my money back after no replies to numerous emails . This company really shouldn't be in business.

Oct 08,2021Ordered a pair of boots, described as 'Super grade' 'like new'. Paid £100. No acknowledgment of order or payment, and emails asking for tracking number ignored. They don't answer the phone either, it seems. Boots eventually dumped on my doorstep by a courier whilst I was out. They are absolutely not 'like new': they are well worn, with creased leather and peeling and perished rubber. Repeated attempts to contact sellers completely ignored. I'm now £100 out of pocket with a near-useless pair of boots. Avoid these crooks.

Oct 06,2021At last a proper Combat Jacket!! I have been looking for a good green combat jacket for years and couldn't find what I was looking for. Most are cheap, nasty, badly designed and overpriced. Pockets in the wrong place, naff looking patches and who really wants a hood on a combat jacket . . . seriously who?. I happened across this Olive Paratrooper winter jacket and it looked perfect. Reviews backed up what I suspected so bought one. I am a 42 - 44 chest and ordered the XL which is perfect. Sleeves are perfect length and had no issues with the cuffs like others. Great pockets and the fleece liner is brilliant. Jacket is really warm and comfortable. Most importantly the overall fit is right. It just looks like a proper combat jacket and not some shapeless bag of a thing others are selling. If I was being critical I would have put the draw string at the bottom instead of the middle waist and had a stud fastener right at the bottom too to secure the jacket. Cant recommend this Jacket enough though and I will probably order another as it has taken me so long to find this one.

Oct 06,2021Ordered items and requested 24 hour delivery. Received email stating "shipped" with order number and a tracking link for Royal Mail that doesn't work. Seven days later still have not received order. Have chased Militaryops via email after 3 days, asking for tracking update information as to where order might be. No response. Have spent last 3 days continually trying to phone 0161 336 5924, no answer. Concerned.

Oct 06,2021Next day delivery took 4 days. The wrong item was sent. No one answering the phone and over a week since my purchase and no one has replied to my email.

Oct 05,2021I am happy with the product received however it was 5 days late. I paid for next day delivery which clearly didn’t happen. This is the reason for the poor review.

Oct 04,2021Fast and free delivery? 7 days since MOPs claim order was shipped. Nothing has arrived... Their tracking link fails, no email response and nobody answering their alleged phone number. Either ripped off, or they are just useless.

Oct 21,2021Boots ordered were never received. Dispatch email has fake tracking link. Never answers phone or responds to emails. Funds recovered through visa chargeback. A blatant scam - has been reported to Manchester police and trading standards as such.
