Nov 29,2021Scammers! There is simply no other way to interpret how MilitaryOps conducts itself or treats customers. I spent over £150 on an order that said it was shipped on the day of purchase but has never turned up. Ever! They are impossible to contact - I have messaged multiple times through their own website messenger, e-mail and countless phonecalls (voicemail has been conveniently disabled). You will never hear back from anyone. I am now having to retrieve funds through a PayPal dispute. Wish I had read reviews here first. I think the few positive reviews are probably fake written by the owners. Overwhelmingly feedback left from real customers are all as bad. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!!

Nov 19,2021I never received my order. Eventually had an email from them saying there was a system error and the item was out of stock, they offered a refund. I replied yes please but never received anything. Dozens of phone calls to them, all unanswered and no replies to emails. In the end, I had to approach my credit card issuer, they then contacted this company. Military ops then sent the card issuer their proof of delivery that was a photo of a parcel on my doorstep, except the said photo was dated 9 days before I even ordered the item. They had used a photo from a previous delivery. It was then my Credit card issuer refunded me the full amount, plus a small gesture of goodwill MILITARY OPS is a truly horrendous company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

Nov 17,2021AVOID! Ordered 2 items! Only 1 turned up. No mention to where or when other one will come! You have a better chance speaking to the Queen! Response to emails was with 2 weeks delay.. Had to go to paypal to recoup money.

Nov 12,2021Mugged right off, returned wrong size three weeks ago and still nothing. Expecting to never see them after these reviews. Considering turning up at the shop at this point, got an address. £80 down, what's another £10 in petrol.

Nov 12,2021Avoid like Covid. Ordered a UBACS top and was sent the wrong size. Returned it for a refund and didn’t get the refund. PayPal won’t help as the wrong size isn’t covered in their consumer protection policy. Have raised legal proceedings through the bank and if necessary will take them to a small claims. Have the means to do it so will make things as equally hard for them as I can. They don’t answer the phone and won’t answer emails. Ignorant rip off merchants who think they can hide in a warehouse and rip people off.

Nov 07,2021Item not received they do not answer emails or phone calls , I have reported to trading standards and the police and if necessary I will drive to Manchester to get my money back. This is Fraud as far as I'm concerned and all the other reviews about this company say the same. This company need to stopped and closed down. Unfortunately for them they have ripped off the wrong person.

Nov 07,2021Very poor. They are literally rip off, paid for 48hrs delivery received only after 2 weeks. No one answers the phone nor reply the email. Very poor customer service.

Nov 05,2021Paid for next day delivery for a Saturday delivery and it never came. No answer on their telephone it just rings out. Eventually several emails later, I got a refund. Wouldn’t be buying here again

Nov 02,2021These boots are fantastic well made and in Great Condition so I would buy again.. but I do wish the contact side and delivery side was better organised as Email's are never answered and royal mail 24 was changed to Royal mail 48 But I Did Not Expect my parcell to be delivered within two days anyway... but got it in the end and very happy...

Nov 01,2021Boots arrived in 5 days to Central Scotland. Condition is in line with Super grade as advertised. Treads unmarked, so no wear at all but a couple of superficial tiny scuffs on uppers. Army not polishing boots the way they used to! But quality and condition as expected. Very happy.

Nov 01,2021Disgusted! I wish I had read some of the other reviews on here before unwisely trusting this company! They say you live and learn, and in this case I've learned never to do business with them again. My item was too big, so I returned it to Militaryops for an exchange to a smaller size. I got an email from them telling me they had received it back and would send out the replacement. It never arrived, and because I didn't receive a tracking number, I'm certain they didn't send it out. From that moment on all my attempts at communication were ignored. They did not reply to emails, although I tried several times. Nor did they ever answer their telephone, it just rang and rang. So I have paid them for an item I have not received. All told, a really bad experience and I strongly recommend that this company be avoided.

Oct 26,2021Ordered boots on 12th October and received a dispatched email the following day. The email had a tracking link which didn’t work and 2 weeks later no sign of the boots and be reply to email. Dispute now raised with PayPal.
