May 20,2021Terrible experience. Incomplete order sent with no explanation either via email or within package. They don’t answer the phone and were very slow to answer my initial frustrated enquiry about the missing item. Subsequent attempts to contact the company either by phone or email were ignored and I had to persue a dispute with PayPal. Refund for the missing item almost a month later. Steer clear would be my advice and I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Ever.

May 15,2021Sadly not a great experience, of the two items listed as available and bought, I was told after 5 days that one was not to be in stock and a credit was issued, the other item was apparently dispatched but still no delivery two weeks later. Will be contacting for a full refund.

May 12,2021The delivery took a bit longer than expected (6 days instead of the expected 2 days). I emailed Military Ops to enquire about it, and was sent a link back the next day to be able to track the package. We were happy with the goods once they arrived. I would consider shopping with Military Ops again.

May 04,2021Terrible customer service. Ordered something on 24hr delivery, did not arrive as expected. When it did it was the wrong thing. Then did not answer the phone or respond to emails. I still haven’t heard anything, so I am £120 worse off and no idea if I’ll get my money back. AVOID!

May 02,2021My order for two body warmers was cancelled and refunded. No reason given, no attempt to contact with options and to even apologise for the inconvenience. I suspect this is a provider who purchases their stock back to back with customer orders and on this occasion couldn't fulfil Would I recommend Military Ops? A resounding no from me! Advice for would be customers? Avoid

Apr 26,2021To start with they were very efficient...they’d got my trousers and ‘shipped’ them next day...for 48 hour delivery...I was excited to be receiving them soon... ...but nothing arrived...their link to delivery tracking information for my order didn’t work...so I messaged them...twice and they didn’t respond...after 11 days... and more chasing by me by e mail this time...they finally admitted they’d never sent them...computer error 😒 ... I did get my money refunded

Apr 16,2021If you want your goods to arive at all or arive on time without having to stress whether you will ever get a refund. Unfortunately, their customer service is appaling and, if something goes wrong with your order it will take weeks before you get an answer. They don't unswer their phone and email is automated. I placed an order a month ago which never arived. First I was told it was lost and I requested for it to be resent. After 4 weeks of emailing them, I finally received a reply saying that there was a problem with their systems and the goods ordered were out of stock. I eventually received a refund. But from reading many negative comments on here, it appears that they have problems with their order system on a permanent basis. I definetly would not be using this retailer again.

Jun 04,2021I can only give a bad review. I placed a large order with them and two days later received an email stating it had shipped. I'm in the USA, so I emailed them to ask how it was being shipped ( with whom ) and a tracking number. No reply, ever . After 18 emails and 9 phone calls to them I gave up. I never received the items I was charged for so I had to go through PayPal and get my money back. Apparently they didn't bother to reply to PayPal either. I would not recommend this company to anyone I liked.
