Ich habe die UM340 Ryzen7-16GB Version bestellt. Dies ist mein erster Mini-Computer und ich möchte tragbar sein. Wir waren erstaunt, als aus einer kleinen Portion das schnellste und einfachste Arbeitstier (4 PCs) im Haushalt wurde. Hervorragende Konnektivität, vorinstalliertes Betriebssystem, sehr schneller Speicher, kleinste Gerätegröße, leicht zu transportieren. Ich war wirklich gespannt und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Es arbeitet sehr leise und sehr schnell.

Share my experience on hx90. Bought a barebones system and installed 2 32GB memory adata PC3200 SODIMMs (CLL-22, JEDEC, no XMP), 1 NVME (Kingston KC2500) and 2 SSDs (Kingston AS400). Very happy, it is as big as my mac mini m1 and quite powerful. The transportation is fast.

I bought the MinisForum PC DMAF5 last year. The PC was working fine and was very happy with it until a few weeks back. The official site of MinisForum provided a link to update the BIOS of the PC to be able to upgrade it to Windows 11. Seeing that post from them made me happy so the first thing I did was to go, take a backup of my current BIOS and flashed it with the updated version provided by them. Little did I know!! After doing that my PC was a brick. I could hear it working but nothing came on screen, and after a couple of minutes it would get hot and turn off by itself. Fist thing I did was to contact the company. They came back with clear instructions on what to do to try to reset the BIOS. I tried all their suggestions, but nothing worked. I went back to them and asked for a refund since the PC was barely 1 year old and it is still under warranty. But not what they suggested was to send me a different PC (as that one is not in not produced any more) and I should pay the fee of $100 USD. At first, I was thinking about it but then after some emails back and forth, they wanted to the PC that wasn’t working (ok that’s fair I said) but they wanted me to pay the shipping fees. Over and above that they would ship the other PC from Hong Kong and I live in Europe so I would have to bear the taxes as well. As I calculated the whole deal it would come up to the sum of the same amount, I gave to buy the new PC. So, I went back and asked them for a refund, and I would bear the cost of sending the bricked PC back but to my surprise they said NO we can’t do that. The PC is under warranty, but they won’t refund me a single cent! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I bought directly from Minisforum thinking I was buying from a reputable company with good after sales support to avoid a painful experience if anything happened to my mini pc. 10 months after I bought the pc, it failed to boot. I contacted support and followed all their instructions to the point their own support told me to ask for a replacement. According to their warranty policy they have to replace your pc or pay the equivalent amount. I wrote to them 3 times with no response. I ended up tweeting them just to get them to reply where they offered me a 45% refund because my unit was discontinued (which was not my fault) and I had used it for half the warranty time! I knew I had to get a replacement or the full amount but at this point, it got so frustrating trying just to reply to me that I just accepted the refund and moved on. Never again.

Don't buy from MinisForum! I bought an X400, and the headphone ports were setup so that standard headphone plugs will not fit in them. Support is painfully slow if present at all--sometimes messages are ignored. Driver updates are at a free upload site they use, that tries to install malware on your computer (by telling you falsely that you have viruses and need to click to install their fake anti-virus to clean them). I tried returning the item within the first week, and they kept ignoring my requests for weeks, always asking for more information. Finally they said I'd need to pay for return shipping to Hong Kong (~$150) plus a 2% return fee, even though that wasn't their published return policy! Avoid this company and buy from a reputable one instead!

This is really the worst computer I ever bought and got the worst support too, aka none! Minisforum is not responding to emails, nor do they answer the phone. The biggest issue with those computers is a generic power button issue. Judging the questions in their forum and Amazon, the same issue repeats no matter which model you got. The power button doesn't work and there is no way to get it started without panicking, plugging the power in and out until by magic the blue light finally goes on (and stays on too!!). The only way to make it work is to never turn it off. And when you have to, due to an empty UPS... then good luck!!! Next, the fan has become extremely loud. I am almost sure it will fail very soon and with it the whole machine. This could be due to some dust inside the casing. So, normally you would open the box and clean... but here again, failure, it's impossible to open the plastic box... I understand that there can be technical glitches, it happens to every brand. But Minisforum shines by their completely absent support!! I decided now to buy another Minicomputer from another brand. I regret all the time I spent trying to resolve the issues.

Che dire, il pezzo è arrivato in meno di una settimana, il prodotto (UM700) era perfetto e l'assistenza è stata molto attiva nell'aiutarmi a risolvere un problema iniziale (problema che alla fine è risultato non legato al prodotto)

In sintesi, non posso esprimere alcun parere sulla qualità dei loro prodotti, perchè da oltre tre settimane attendo di ricevrne uno a fronte di tempi di spedizione previsti nell'ordine di 2-7 giorni lavorativi. Posso però esprimere un parere estremamente negativo sul servizio clienti e sulle loro politiche, che prevedono penali per la cancellazione dell'ordine anche a fronte di promesse non mantenute sui tempi di evasione dell'ordine. La mia esperienza per intero è la seguente: Ho deciso di acquistare un minipc di questa azienda dopo aver sentito molti pareri positivi al riguardo, purtroppo però la mia esperienza con il loro store è stata tutt'altro che felice. Ho effettuato il mio ordine dopo aver controllato le politiche di spedizione, visto che lo store spedisce dalla cina. I tempi previsti erano due giorni per l'evasione dell'ordine e fino a sette per la consegna, accettabili dal mio punto di vista, quindi ho deciso di procedere. Dopo diversi giorni di attesa senza alcun feedback decido di scrivere all'assistenza clienti e solo in quel momento scopro che i loro uffici sarebbero stati chiusi per due settimane per via del capodanno cinese. Non ci sarebbe stato nulla di male in generale, ma avrei preferito saperlo al momento dell'ordine così da poter decidere di conseguenza. Purtroppo non esiste una procedura automatica per la cancellazione dell'ordine, l'unico modo è scrivere all'assistenza, quindi di fatto non c'era nulla che potessi fare per porre rimedio alla situazione e ricevere un rimborso in breve tempo. Al termine delle due settimane di chiusura ricevo risposta alla mia richiesta di informazioni sui tempi di spedizione e mi viene risposto che ci sarebbe stata una ulteriore settimana di ritardi. Alla mia richiesta di cancellazione dell'ordine mi viene detto che c'è una penale dell'1% per la cancellazione, per non perdere, oltre al tempo, anche i miei soldi, decido di aspettare un'ulteriore settimana. Scaduta la settimana, il mio ordine non è stato ancora spedito. Ad oggi, non ho ancora ricevuto il mio ordine, chiedere la cancellazione adesso, oltre alla penale, vorrebbe dire anche perdere la differenza nel cambio euro dollaro, ma forse a questo punto è l'unica scelta da fare. Peccato, perchè i loro prodotti sembrano davvero di qualità, ma forse meglio prenderli di importazione dai vari venditori su amazon, quando disponibili.
