Apr 27,2025I purchased a Minisforum MS-01 Mini PC, which developed a CMOS battery fault after about 6 months. I replaced the battery myself, but the fault reoccurred just before 12 months. I contacted support, and they approved a return for a replacement — with no mention of any fees. After delays and poor communication, they received the returned unit and then demanded a £71 depreciation fee, later dropping to £50, to replace the faulty unit. This is completely against UK consumer law, where faults within 6 months are presumed to have been present at sale, entitling the customer to a free repair or replacement. Even worse, I later found that Minisforum's own warranty policy (effective March 1, 2025) promises a 2-year warranty for products bought through their official store — with no depreciation fees for warranty replacements of defective goods. Their own policy states: Customers must pay shipping for returns after 30 days, but Minisforum covers replacement shipping. Depreciation fees only apply for refunds, not warranty replacements. Completely unacceptable experience — poor communication, shifting goalposts, and refusal to honour both consumer law and their own warranty terms. Formal complaints submitted to Citizens Advice, Trading Standards, and visible community warning issued on Reddit and other platforms. If you expect a company to honour warranties properly, Minisforum is not a safe choice.

Apr 25,2025Perfekt für meine fast 90-jährige Mutter, die hauptsächlich E-Mails schreibt, im Internet surft und mal ein Word-Dokument öffnet. Sie hatte vorher ein altes Laptop, das sie nie wirklich genutzt hat – jetzt hat sie einen größeren Bildschirm, für weniger Geld, und das Ding ist viel schneller.

Apr 24,2025Ho acquistato un AtomMan G7 Pt (versione completa con 1TB SSD e 32 GBRAM) e sono rimasto oltremodo soddisfatto e sorpreso per la qualità del prodotto e per la rapidità della spedizione. Lo sto utilizzando da quasi due settimane e va alla grande. Windows 11 è già compreso e riporta una licenza OEM: è stato sufficiente premere il tasto di accensione, collegarlo con il cavo HDMI in dotazione alla TV e a internet tramite il WIFI 7 presente sul mini PC. Anche il Bluetooth è ottimo: collegato a ben 4 dispositivi!! Lo sto usando per giocare (NBA 2K25, FC25, Fornite e GTA V) e anche per lavoro (Word, Excel, Power Point ecc.). Processore potentissimo e scheda grafica più che adeguata che permette di arrivare mediamente a 120 FPS (il massimo che mi può dare la TV). Complimenti a MINISFORUM per il prodotto e grazie anche per l'ottima spedizione: il prodotto era all'interno di una confezione ben protetta dagli urti prodotti durante la spedizione. Partito dalla Germania con DHL e affidato a Poste Italiane ho potuto seguire i continui aggiornamenti sulla spedizione grazie all'ottimo servizio di tracking presente sul vostro sito e ricevere il prodotto comodamente presso la mia abitazione. Bravissimi e complimenti ancora!!! Grazie MINISFORUM.

Apr 23,2025Einrichtung ging echt fix. Schön, dass kein Tower rumstehen muss! Windows 11 fühlt sich fast wie Windows 10 an – also wer zögert, braucht echt keine Angst haben (ich schau dabei meinen Kollegen an und grins 😄).

Apr 23,2025古いPCからWi-Fi経由で全部のデータを自動でインポートしてくれたので、自分で一つひとつ移す必要がなかったのも助かりました。モニターのサイズもちょうどいい、大きすぎず小さすぎず。

Apr 21,2025Le 10 février, je commande AtomMan G7 Ti/G7 Ti SE sans nouvel de ma commande 1 mois plus tard, je cherche à avoir des informations en vain. J'arrive finalement à avoir un échange via chat le 10 avril qui m'annonce quelques mois de délais de livraison, je demande l'annulation de la commande. À ce jour, je ne suis toujours pas remboursé.

Apr 27,2025They never shipped it, using the excuse that it was held up in customs for 2 months! They also didn't do the refund so I had to hit him with a charge back through my credit card company. What a hassle. I got nothing in the end except wasted time. Go to beelink instead.
