Nov 24,2022The unit is basically what I was looking for. Small, quiet and responsive. There are a couple of issues that are annoying, but not disqualifying. First is the software seems a bit glitchy. 1. A restart will often not restart and an effort to shut down manually is undertaken and usually requires removing power to the unit. 2. One of the USB ports in the front doesn't function, I have a spare so I can workaround it. 3. I cannot use a bluetooth device plugged directly into the units port due to interferance issues. I use a short cable to create separation between the TH50 and the bluetooth dongle, which thankfully works find without causing too much clutter. Generally I am pleased with the unit and am considering another purchase.

Nov 24,2022I'm quite happy with my UM350. It is whispering quiet, well performing, rock-stable system. I had to wipe out Windows it came preinstalled with and replaced with Ubuntu. Running KVM on it is super-easy and fast. Occasional gaming is OK, for exampe 60FPS in Minecraft Java is comfortable to me as well. Solid and reliable product in conclusion.

Nov 23,2022I like the device. It is silent and works fast enough for me. I am considering to buy a new one. Three things that were not so great... 1) the long wait period between ordering and delivery in Belgium (Europe) 2) The manjaro linux was a disaster (keyring issues during the upgrade, but I suppose that could not be helped by the people fro Minisforum. For a beginning linux user, it was quit confronting 3) support was/Is a disaster..... my cable for the attaching an additional sata disk was not attached to the motherboard. It came in a plastic bag. I have asked multiple times how to attach the sata cable to the motherboard and while the team has answered every time the have ALWAYS not answered the questioned and referred me to a youtube movie where a person is connecting a SSD, but not the sata cable is already attached to the moterhboard. So basically they are not anwering my question. That is disappointing. Hope that I will get a good answer today.

Nov 22,2022I bought the Elitemini HM80 with 32GB RAM + 512GB SSD for my wife to replace her i7 tower. It is everything I hoped for and more. It is compact, fast, quiet, runs cool and has all the I/O port she will ever need. With its nice industrial and mechanical design I think it should be easy to expand with additional SSD though. It comes preloaded Windows 11 which has not been too much a hurdle to get use to, with the exception that old Office 2013 software would no longer be supported. Good that there are free alternatives to subscription based Word and Excel.

Nov 22,2022Met my criteria for a system that is compact, power efficient and not too noisy. That and the fact that it is powered through USB C and supports wifi6 makes it a superb mini PC.

Nov 21,2022I have bought 2 of the HM90 models, and I run Plex, and Pterodactyl game servers with them. These are super easy to use, fast, quiet, and low powered with enough to power through every day game servers.

Nov 21,2022It has been one year since purchase, but recently there have been many problems such as sudden power loss and inability to operate. I think it is a computer that cannot be used for a long time as a use.

Nov 20,2022I suppose to purchase Lenovo PC, after placed an order, I cancelled due to poor customer service of Lenovo and selected MINISFORUM. I was able to get higher spec CPU within my budget and my Elitemini B550 is more options to expand PC to my needs. After 4 months of my experience B550, performance is better than I thought and very satisfied. I would like to say if you are thinking to purchase famous brand PC, better consider Minisforum PC as in one of the choices.

Nov 20,2022TM90を購入し1年ほど経過 最近TX90Gを購入したが製品はまだ届いていないので TM90をベースに評価すると静寂性も高く、特にトラブルなく快適に使えています 残念ながらCPUはライゼン９であっても内部ビデオでは、動画の編集はかなりきついですが、とにかく調子が悪くならないのが最大の満足度です １点、２つのPCに共通するのですが、購入から商品が届くまでの状況把握ができなくて不安になる点が上がられます 購入予約完了のメールは届きましたが、こちから進捗を確認できる手段が明確にほしいところです

Nov 20,2022I have the NUCX17. It arrived without any sound capability. Also, it was about a month late from the expected ship date. Otherwise, It seems to be preforming well. I haven't really challenged it yet, but I'm happy so far.

Nov 20,2022I've got two minisforum mini pcs of different specs for different uses and both have performed reliably in the 6 and 12+ months I have had them. One I use as a non-gaming Windows PC for office use and one runs a Linux based home automation environment.

Nov 20,2022Hooked up the box to a monitor, mouse, and keyboard, and it quickly booted up. I immediately recognized it was booting Windows and not Manjaro:( Emailed customer service, and they quickly sent me a Manjaro image. It was for the the KDE desktop. I asked for gnome, but it wasn't available yet. I installed the Manjaro image, and after playing with KDE, I hated it:( A quick Google search suggested trying to replace KDE with Gnome was a bad idea with my limited Linux skills. A friend suggested trying Linux Mint. It installed easily, and I really like the Cinnamon desktop. The system is running very well, and I love it!

Nov 20,2022Can I put a zero ? I ordered one with memory, no storage and no windows got one with nothing, even though I paid for it and support did nothing. After I added all that it worked great.

Nov 20,2022Only one problem that prevented me from giving 5 stars; There is a drive bay in the lid but the lid doesn't close properly when there is a drive installed. I managed to close it but there is a bulge in the middle of the lid. Other than that, very pleased with the performance. So much faster than the old computer it replaced, and so far so good with reliability. Will buy another as soon as I have saved up enough money, and happy to recommend it to friends as an upgrade to their big old boxes.

Nov 20,2022Great hardware: running as headless home server, tiny footprint, nice and quiet, low power consumption. But less than ideal shipping experience: the website said it was available in their US warehouse and would ship within 1-2 days. A week later it had not yet shipped, and I had to email them for an update. A few days later, they shipped it from Hong Kong, and I had to pay customs/import fees. So, it took a lot longer to get and cost more than expected.

Dec 09,2022They sent me UM700 with outdated bios. Quite a pricy machine. I cannot update to Windows 11. I tried contacting support but they say they cannot connect to my machine to update. I have to beg support to help me. What kind of service is that? They send me machine with outdated software. It is really bad.
