May 03,2022We are over the moon with the service we received from Josh . We found josh to be conscientious , genuinely helpful and a pleasure to work with . As this was my first home purchase I had a lot of questions but I never felt that anything was too much trouble. Josh is sincere which is a rarity these days and I will be highly recommending to friends and family . You won’t find better !

May 03,2022We were told about Laz by a friend of ours and I can’t recommend Laz and Lynne enough. Laz was quick to explain anything we were unsure about and reassure when needed. They were both very professional and helpful throughout the process. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t imagine trying to go through the house buying process without their help and advice. They’ll be our first port of call if ever we move!

Not only did he find me a cracking mortgage deal and sort my relevant insurances- but he was always at the end of the phone to answer and queries or questions. Very quick , reliable and responsive. Also incredibly patient when I had queries he was able to help me see through jargon, understand and make clear decisions at what could have been a very stressful time. In buying my property I came across a number of hurdles which meant my mortgage offer expired- Josh sorted a renewal and made sure I was still getting the best rates- taking all the additional strain and worry! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommended Josh and will continue ti use his services when it comes to reevaluating the best mortgage deals! Thank you!

Apr 08,2022Expert service delivered with simplicity truly sums up the experience with Laz and Lynne at Moneysprite. I reached out to Laz due to having an existing relationship through some free advice that he approached my old employer. He used to come in, and offer free consultations with team members (which they loved) and it was very popular. As a result of this, I spoke with Laz before speaking with anyone about our house purchase and from then on, he has always offered genuine, sound advice. He's always easy to reach, easy to speak with and found us a great deal that we simply couldn't have found ourself. An example of the value of Laz and Moneysprite was... on our own, my partner and I did SO many calculators online. But when speaking with Laz, due to his expertise he said that we would be able to afford 30,000 MORE than we had ever initially had. This enabled us to be able to buy our dream home versus settling for something else as our first. Thank you Laz and the team at Moneysprite for enabling us to have our dream house!

He was with us through the entire process and helped explain some of the confusing parts of our purchase and buy to let mortgage on our old property. Very quick to respond to emails and phone calls.
