Aug 26,2022Moneysprite have just switched & renewed my mortgage rate/deal on my home for the next 5 years. Katie Hambry - Took me through the entire process step by step from start to finish. I received excellent customer service & was visited at home to sort all the necessary paperwork. Katie made everything seem simple & stress free & would call often to ensure things were moving forward correctly. I would recommend using Moneysprite if you’re looking for a new deal & speaking to Katie. Or even if you only need some advice. Thank you 🙂

Aug 24,2022We were recommended Moneysprite by our estate agent as they do so went along with the meeting just to keep them happy but we had no idea that Josh Statham would be our saving grace throughout the whole process. We have moved 4 times in 12 years and this one was the most stressful of all so we were so happy and grateful to have Josh supporting us and chasing up the other side's solicitors to actually get things moving and keep us in the loop. Josh is just an amazing guy, very professional and knowledgeable and was always there to make sure everything that happened was in our best interests. If we had met outside of this I would like to think we would actually be good friends - this is the kind of service you get from Josh. Would highly recommend Josh and Moneysprite to anyone looking for financial assistance. I hope they know how lucky they are to have him on the team! Thank you so much Josh for helping us through these gruelling 6 months, we could not have not done it without you!

Aug 22,2022James Berry was fantastic, very helpful. We were first time buyers so obviously lots of questions and James was more than happy to help with all of them. He was very good at keeping us up to date on how the application was going and he checked in every now and again if he hadn't heard from us as to how the purchase was going.

No lender would lend to us due to being self employed (less than 2year) and due to my partner being on a fixed term contract (grad scheme!). However, Magda's positive vibes and her willingness to help us in buying our first family home... lead to us completing within 2 months of putting an offer in.
