James responds quickly to queries and is able to explain things in a way that makes sense, which as first time home owners who are struggling to understand mortgage jargon really helped! We felt we were able to rely on James 100% which made our house purchase much less stressful and dare I say enjoyable. Thanks for all your help, James!

I was literally clueless and didn’t even know where to start but Josh explained everything that I needed to know and all the options I had, answered my 100001 questions and didn’t make me feel like I was pestering! Got my decision in principle in about 24hrs which meant I could start putting offers in, the whole process was so easy and definitely the most straight forward part of buying a house!
