Mar 30,2020I order from most major online dealers. Monument has consistently performed in an outstanding manner with respect to price, delivery, customer service, and selection. I always check them first. Now, amidst the whirlwind of the Covid-19 disaster, they are a functioning supplier of deliverable metal, and don't seem to have taken advantage. Prices are still great in this disruptive moment in the precious metals market. I am receiving metal MUCH faster from them than ANY other dealer. Monument is my go to dealer!

Feb 15,2020I wanted to sell a fairly large amount of silver and recently I discovered Monument Metals, being that they are within a driving distance from where I live. I did not want to ship such a heavy load of metals and deal with the hassle and risk of damage/theft. I called and was given a quote (very competitive prices) for some of the coins and bars I wanted to sell. Being very happy with the numbers I was quoted, I decided to make the drive and deal in person. I sat down with Jon (founder/owner) and we started going over my collection of coins and bars. I could tell he was very eager to do business and very open to negotiating the best prices for my silver. And that he did.. he actually gave me better prices than even his original quote and was extremely fair with valuing items that we hadn't originally talked about. Happy as I was, I decided to make the sale. Jon is a person that runs his business very well. He was very informative and professional throughout the entire process. I left happy and with a very satisfied feeling overall. I would recommend Monument Metals to anyone looking to buy, or sell, precious metals as they are one of the best in the industry!
