Dec 21,2019I received a order of Sunshine Minting 1 oz silver rounds this week. I noticed bag marks and the end rings were clearly discolored. A red tint, looked like a clad coin. There were 13 out of a tube of 20 like that. I called them, sent pictures, was told it's toning, jewlery cleaner will take it off! I didn't pay for secondary quality. Other orders I've received were fine. This one disappointing.
