Jan 04,2020I like this company. But the last person that I talked to on the phone was pretty brusque and I almost didn't order from them. However, I did want the special they were having so I did order from them. My son (the order was his Christmas present) and I were both pleased with the coins.

Jan 04,2020I purchased from monument metals about 5 different times, two off them I was totally satisfied. The coins were in good condition and were packed and shipped with the most care. Another time I received my order and I wasn’t satisfied because the coin had many marks and were not presentable and should had been better for a BU coin, so I called them and they were very polite and took care of the problem by exchanging my order for a better condition coins. These coins were Mexican Silver Libertad from 1982-1985 and are not totally perfect but monument metals went out of their way to sent me others that were more acceptable to my taste and the problem was corrected. This shows that they care for their customers and for their reputation!!

Jan 06,2020I've been making some recent purchases with Monument Metals and overall I'm satisfied with their service. I did just buy another order of 90% Constitutional Silver and was not 100% satisfied with the quality based on price compared to say APMEX or SD Bullion, however I'm well aware quality is also based on availability and current inventory but Monument is relatively close to my location and I've made other purchases in the recent past that have been perfect i.e. other 90% Silver purchases as well as a Royal Mint 10oz Britanian Bar, which I was ecstatic to add to my silver stack. I will continue to buy from Monument in the future and they are relatively priced competitive to SD, APMEX and other National Bullion dealers. Their shipping is always fast and emails are prompt. -Matthew
