Fueron puntuales a mi recogida en el aeropuerto, las oficinas están cuidadas y son bonitas, entrega rápida y sin colas, hice checkin online y todo rapidísimo, es verdad que yo contraté cobertura así que todo fué sin problemas y el coche perfecto. Al devolver el coche, rápido y luego me llevaron al aeropuerto, calculo que 5 minutos. Un trato fantástico por parte del personal, repetiré seguro. Empresa totalmente recomendable.

Nov 13,2023Flawless experience! We rented a Mercedes A-Class from Moovers, and it was exactly what we expected, no surprises. Prior to the rental, we had a few phone calls to confirm our reservation, and the customer service was consistently excellent. During the pick-up, the staff member thoroughly inspected the car with me, even pointing out minor imperfections since my eyesight isn't the best ;). They were consistently friendly and even provided recommendations for places to visit in Calpe. Upon returning the vehicle, they rechecked the car with me and promptly released the card hold, leaving us with nothing to worry about. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the service. We whole heartedly recommend Moovers and plan to use their services again.

Nov 12,2023Borgstelling , 3000 euro geblokkeerd gedurende bijna 3 weken . Al goed dat ik nog een 2 kaart bijhad of ik kon niets meer betalen gedurende moijn verblijf in torreviega , Na contact te nemen met moovers vertellende ze mij dat alles was vrijgegeven , maar bij eurocard kreeg ik de bevestiging dat moovers nog steeds de borg blokkeerde . Ook bij het terug afleveren was de sevice niet ok , had gelukkig ook voldoende foto's genomen van de beschadigingen aan het voertuig ( blauwe ford clio ) waren er wel veel , had blijkbaar zelf geen foto van onderaan deur links , wou dat in mijn schoenen schuiven maar kon aantonen met mijn foto's dat de beschadiging er al was .

Oct 29,2023Quickly picked up from Aliante airport. Car provided as promised - Mercedes AMG style - spotless car. Unlike most hire companies they took a complete video of the exterior and some interior on handing it over and taking it back. Very quick hand over and return. Very friendly and helpful staff. I hope to use them again

Estuvimos de vacaciones en Alicante y decidimos alquilar un coche con ellos, nos vieron a recoger en el aeropuerto muy rápido y el personal fue muy amable y agradable, repetiremos seguro. Oct 12,2023Era la primera vez que alquilaba con esta compañía, y lo volvería a hacer mil veces. Empresa muy profesional, atentos con el cliente y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos recogieron en Shuttle en el aeropuerto de Alicante y tardamos pocos minutos en llegar al rente a car. Todo fue rápidilo, muy detallado y eficiente. El chico nos explicó cómo conectar el GPS, y a la vuelta se nos hizo tarde y pudimos abonar el gasto de gasolina in situ. La verdad que tanto el chico que nos recogió, como el que nos gestionó la finalización del contrato y la chica que nos llevó el último día al aeropuerto, son un encanto y muy eficientes. Muchas gracias!! El coche, con poquitos km, nuevo nuevo, y muy cómodo de conducir!

Oct 11,2023I have been visiting Roda Golf in Spain for the past 18years and always hire a car from Alicante Airport. I always booked to collect a ‘car in airport company’ but this time I decided something different and selected Moovers with airport collection. This was an excellent choice every way - just waited a very short time for our pick up and a very short drive with a lovely pleasant girl to the office and complex - excellent attention with a girl who did the necessary paper work and had a lovely near enough new Opel Corsa ready for me. The experience for me driving back onto the motorway was no problem but initially was my concern moving to a pick up situation. On returning the vehicle a man did the check over etc and how pleasant it was with no hassle and then another guy drove my wife and I plus another couple directly back into the airport and he too like all the other staff we met were excellent. All in all a fabulous choice both with all the staff and the car and certainly Moovers will be top of my list in future. Excellent in every way and worth more than five stars! Thank you.

Nov 16,2023Bestillte via telefon. litt trøbbel med online registrering.Falt ut av program før jeg ble ferdig. Topp service og en ny pen Opel Mokka som var ønsket mitt. Svar på telefon med en gang når jeg måtte forandre leveringstida på bilen. kjapp levering og direkte skyss til flyplassen. Meget fornøyd med bil og service.
