Jan 16,2024Eind december 2023 een auto bij Moovers gehuurd, alles goed geregeld, van afhalen van de luchthaven naar het verhuurkantoor, afhandelen administratie, fantastische auto gekregen (effectief de auto gekregen die ik had geboekt, valt niet veel voor bij andere autoverhuurfirma's) en ook het afhandelen bij het terugbrengen van de auto heel correct verlopen. Ik kan deze verhuurfirma alleen maar aanraden.

Jan 08,2024The car was clean, well-equipped and comfortable for the two of us (Fiat 500 hybrid). Payment was easy, no deposit was required, besides full insurance, we paid with Revolut card. The team were friendly, polite, punctual, prompt and helpful. I will choose them again next time.

Dec 27,2023Не впервый раз беру в аренду машину в компании Moovers. и во только сейчас решил оставить свой отзыв, так как, на протяжении всего времени, сервис который они предоставляют, был на высшем уровне. Весь их автопарк новый, машины всегда ухожаны и чистые. Персонал всегда приветливый. Помогут в любой ситуации. Так-же есть русскоговорящий персонал. Пак с полной страховкой делает вашу аренду супер лёгкой, без депозитов и головной боли. В общем, наверное лучшая прокатная фирма в Аликанте которую можно найти.

Dec 16,2023Wow i could not recomend this company enough, I had never hired a car in my life, the service we had was outstanding, firstly we got to the airport and i had booked the company a little later , realised when we got there and was waiting gave them a quick ring and they pick me and my daughter up in this lovely clean van and took us 5 mins away to there cars, my fiat 500 was ready for me, got a car seat and gps the man put in the details for me, they were fantastic with my little girl Dara letting her go toilet and letting us rest in there office when we came back its was only for the day and they understood we had hours to wait for our plane home the same day, the lady took us back to the airport when we wanted to it was lovely chatting to all the staff even had a laugh with them very polite people we spent time there not like most people in and out quick as possible, Thank you guys for a lovely hire of car and towards us if we ever come back we would 100% us this company again eveyone should use this company goodbye and thank you joanne and dara x

Dec 08,2023What a refreshing change to my previous experience of hiring a car, previously I have hired from companies in the airport and I have paid for it… although Movers are off site, I called them and 5m later I was picked up and transferred to pick up the car which took 5m. The car hire was great value for money and what I love is the internet price I paid was the total price. The car infotainment system was changed to English (this although a small thing, when you hire a car you are not familiar with the controls can be frustrating to change). The return journey was the same 10m and I was in the airport- I will definitely be using them next time! Give Moovers the opportunity to impress you won’t be sorry and you will save money 💰

Nov 26,2023It was my first time renting a car in Spain and was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews about companies ripping people off re damage claims. I researched the Internet and opted for Moovers and I was not disappointed. Excellent service at reception on my arrival on 7 Nov 2023 and was driving out with car within 10 mins of arrival. Car was in very good order and served my needs on the 3 day hire. I returned my car out of hours for the company who were closed and dropped the car off at a nearby pre-arranged neighbouring business premises. Although this had an additional charge this was also seamless with drop off at airport dine immediately. All in all although a bewish company they do appear to focus on providing a good customer service experience and I would use again.
