Efficient, friendly staff, quick pick up and drop off and no hidden extras. Will definitely be using again and can’t recommend enough. Thank you

Aug 29,2024The customer service and the efficiency of the staff was impeccable. I got a great rate and they talked me through all my options and explained everything with great detail. I got very quick responses from their customer service team no matter the time in the day. They were also very quick to action any request I had during the rental over WhatsApp. Felipe and Rivo were very accommodating to all my questions and made the whole rental process very smooth. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking to rent a car!! Note: they accepted my Indian driving license without and IDP.

Aug 19,2024Got the best 7 seater deal at Alicante airport - brand new car - service was excellent- WhatsApp messaging prior to pick up with perfect detail - on arrival picket the car up within 5 mins - was offered the company full insurance at an very competitive rate - seamless return - 2 min shuttle back to the airport - will def use again

Aug 15,2024Used this company in June & again in August. Amazing service and friendly staff. We had our own insurance so just paid the flat rate for the vehicle. Offered their cover when collecting the car - said no thanks, this was accepted with no overselling. No issues both times, when returning the car, car was checked over then our security deposit was released. 5* company! Highly recommend.

Aug 14,2024We hired a Panda for 5 days & can say this was a wholly pleasant experience. Fast collection from the terminal, an equally quick completion of the paperwork, and no hard sell on insurance (we take out an annual policy). They took photos of the various scratches on the car (as did I on my phone) so there’s be no argument on its return (and there was no argument: my €1000 deposit was immediately released). Moovers is a newish small company who try that little bit harder to compete with the big boys at Alicante airport. Recommend them.

Aug 08,2024We booked two cars with them, one of which wasn’t available and we were upgraded to a Mercedes which was lovely. They even changed the language on both vehicles before we picked them up to English which made it much easier to navigate the car settings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pick up from Alicante airport was easy and fast, we waited about five minutes and the return was just as quick and easy. There wasn’t the normal trying to sell additional insurance when we arrived, although we had bought the full insurance package (no excess etc) when booking online. When dropping off the car there was none of the full inspection and arguing over a scratch that was already on the car that we have encounter with other companies. Tip: I always take a video on my phone before picking up a hire car abroad as prove of and dents and scratches which were already there.

Aug 07,2024Jeg har leid bil før med varierende erfaringer, og jeg valgte derfor dette selskapet fordi det hadde fått så gode anmeldelser på Trustpilot. Jeg ble ikke skuffet. Kjempehyggelig personale. God kommunikasjon hele veien. Veldig lett å komme seg dit med gratis shuttlebuss. Svært raskt å få leiebilen. Kort sagt: Anbefales varmt!

Aug 04,2024Recomiendo al 100% los servicios que ofrece Moovers. En todo momento han estado atentos a nuestras necesidades y sobre todo nos ha sorprendido su puntualidad. En cuanto llegas al aeropuerto te recogen con una furgoneta y te llevan a sus instalaciones. Ofrecen una amplia gama de tipos de coches, para todo tipo de clientes. Quiero agradecer la amabilidad del equipo y sobre todo por parte de Moisés, del equipo directivo. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a confiar en Moovers! :)
